幫公司客户預訂的，客户反應房間隔音太差，空調也不能用，房間一股發黴的味道，工作人員老站房間門口刷**並且很大聲，還有房卡找不到了，一直不給我的客户退按金，最後是我這邊找攜程管家才給退的，説白了你們酒店一百來塊錢也不是什麼高級酒店人家拿你房卡做什麼，前台太不會處理事情了

第一次入住，看到網上評分還不錯，果然不虛此行。酒店位置很好，交通出行也很方便，還有免費停車場很方便 停車場很大，主要還有專門給電車充電的地方，太貼心了，距離龍潭公園景點就十分鐘左右，前台小美女服務熱情，態度好很好，有求必應，打電話下去前台很快就接通，很有耐心聽我的訴求，必須點個贊，還有叫醒服務，服務辦事效率很高。酒店風格不錯，房間設施也都挺好的，非常乾淨舒適整潔，床也很大，床墊非常柔軟舒適，房間採光不錯，也很安靜，水也很充足洗澡舒服，東西都比較齊全，樓上還有洗衣房洗衣服很方便，有烘乾機可以使用，很喜歡。入住後房間還免費配有3瓶礦泉水、水喝完了到前台購買，沒想到前台美女直接送給我們，晚上附近也會有大排檔、燒烤攤，周圍吃的也很多，基本上想吃的都有，吃飯很方便，特別是柳州螺螄粉，在附近隨便吃了一家，前台美女也推薦了酒店旁邊的一家，都很好吃、噴香！主要是一家都沒有踩雷的，下次來還會選擇這家酒店，入住體驗感真的錯了，非常值得推薦！

蔚徠酒店給我留下了非常深刻的印象！首先，酒店的環境非常優雅，大堂設計現代又不失温馨，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。房間寬敞明亮，床品舒適，設施齊全，尤其是衞生間的細節處理得非常到位，乾淨整潔，讓人住得非常舒心。其次，酒店的服務非常貼心，工作人員態度友好，隨時都能提供幫助，入住和退房手續也非常便捷。早餐種類豐富，味道也很棒，既有中式傳統美食，也有西式餐點，滿足了不同客人的需求。最重要的是，酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，周邊有很多餐廳和購物中心，出行非常方便。總之，蔚徠酒店無論是硬件設施還是服務質量都讓人非常滿意，強烈推薦給所有出行的朋友！
