缺點:
衞生差，沙發有污漬，廁所的吹風機有蜘蛛網。
隔音也差，走廊外有人説話也能聽見，半夜還有人敲門，希望增強隔音效果。
優點:
附近有美食城，可以下樓吃螺螄粉，還有便利店，方便買必需品。
