因為帶低齡小孩，所以特意找舒適的酒店。也因為後半夜才到，期待早上起來沒有嘈雜的汽車聲，最後早上起床感覺還挺不錯，是安靜的。地方環境舒適，客服服務態度好。因為價格包了早餐，早餐標準自助形式中餐和西餐，當然還有螺螄粉。最後還是點了麪和雞蛋。離開時候還有小禮品，必須給你五星好評！

服務態度熱情非常好，因為回南天吧稍稍一點點黴味。然後裝修也是稍稍一點老舊吧。早餐趕車還碰上了廚房跳閘差點沒吃上。終於來説湊活滿意吧。位置還不錯走路幾分鐘就到工業博物館和古鎮了。

第一次到柳州，慶幸正確地選擇了這家柏曼酒店，前台小帥哥和小姐姐服務很熱情，嗲嗲的，先帶我們看房並一一介紹洗衣房餐廳等服務，還給我們升級了房間。環境和衞生均無可挑剔，早餐有螺螄粉和豬肝瘦肉粉，品種不多但質量很好。酒店離工業博物館5分鐘步行，窯埠古鎮要走10分鐘，天氣好的話走走很舒服。第二日恰逢二月二龍抬頭，去了龍潭公園和西來寺，柳州大多是免費景點，這個很友好，還有柳州人特別善良和熱情，為這座城市加了分。
