前天入住柳州飯店體驗很好，昨天再續住一天。在此遇見的每一個工作人員都非常熱情，讓客人感受到温暖。雖然硬件設施比較老了一點，但是服務的優勢還是很明顯，特別要提一下的是酒店提供洗車服務，這是在其他高級酒店未曾享受到的，對自駕住客非常友好，必須點贊。

房間衹有2瓶水，再去前台找水，一瓶3元要賣水，現在200元的酒店都是瓶裝水無限制供應客人。為了吃螺螄粉，訂房包早餐，早上去吃，説是9點以後在其他餐廳有，真是無語了！早餐的品種不如華住旗下的一般酒店！我算是入坑了！

酒店是柳州的國賓館，歷史比較悠久，環境幽靜，裏面的粉色小樓還是全國重點文物保護單位。感謝前台幫我們免費升級了江景房，還送了一盒酒店自產的螺螄粉。
