酒店的設施是很不錯的，很齊全，但是真的建議對保潔進行培訓一下吧，我當時住的13樓，續住第二天需要保潔打掃衞生，一進門就唉聲歎氣的，一副不願意的樣子，我希望換一下一次性拖鞋，保潔説拖鞋沒濕一般就不給換，我就納悶了，如果我就住一晚第二天是不是還會放一雙新的進去，作為一個選擇續住的客人連這點要求都不給？最後搞的我跟她説你不願意打掃我替你打掃，理解她一天打掃房間很累，但是對着客人暗裡發牢騷是真的不該.

酒店位於柳州城中心，距離窯埠古鎮很近，出門很方便。酒店房間很大，但設施設備略顯老氣，作為一個老酒店也正常。早餐中規中矩但品類相對較少。
