玻璃門上全是水漬和毛毛，800塊的價格空調吹的是冷風，打了八百次電話才把中央空調主機打開，停車場非常臟亂差，有裝修的味道

史上最差入住體驗，本來就是100塊錢的酒店，節假日瘋漲，577元，熱水不熱，早餐涼的，特別難找，停車不方便。

去的時候，門口開業的花籃還盛放着，進去的味道讓我明白了我人肉甲醛清潔的作用……
服務這一塊更是沒有，下午三點到，四點多才入住。附近也沒用吃的，要吃東西就得滴滴出去酒店也沒配套任何的東西，房間看人造景……
非常不推薦，別來

第一次來柳州，第一次住這麼新的酒店，味道還是有點兒，但整體很好，房間很乾凈，洗漱用品都不錯，工作人員態度非常好，有問題迴應也很快，特別是前台的女經理，新酒店碰到春節入住高峯，晚上很晚都在幫忙處理問題，早上用餐高峯人手不足她也在幫忙收拾桌子。祝生意興隆

住這家酒店體驗感拉滿！入住的時候前台小哥不僅幫忙升級房型，還細心提醒附近景點的開放時間。有天我起晚了，早餐快結束了，服務員還是熱情給我拿吃的，超暖心！

一進房間就被這衞生程度驚艷到了！床鋪平整，床單被罩潔白如新，沒有一絲褶皺和污漬。衞生間更是亮潔如新，洗手枱、馬桶都擦拭得一塵不染，沒有一點水漬和異味，住得超安心！早餐非常豐富
