It was my first time staying in a hotel. The hotel has a beautiful environment, complete facilities, large rooms, and a good design. It is a large hotel with a beautiful atmosphere. However, the service is not humane enough. We were arranged to the farthest room on the floor when we arrived at one o'clock. I hope it will be improved.

設施都還行房間也大，但是服務太垃圾，外賣不讓送也沒有機器人送，得走老遠到外面取。保安牛哄哄，幾次到門口等人或者取放行李立馬過來驅趕，態度惡劣，最後一次實在受不了了我説我**花錢住酒店的不是來受氣的，然後就看他那態度吧。來了幾次柳州，住這麼多次酒店這次是最氣的，真的花錢找罪受，不會再有下次
