房間很好，很乾凈，床單被套也是鋪設整齊，看起來也很乾凈衞生。總枱服務員小姐姐服務很好，很耐心幫處理了電視找不到看電視入口的問題，謝謝她！房間跟外界環境隔音也不錯，聽不到喧囂聲，因為樓下就是步行街。總體來説這次的體驗感還是很好的，在攜程上訂酒店價格實惠，位置好找，酒店服務和住宿條件都很好！

看網上評分4.4分，我是猶豫的，圖片看着挺好的，評分怎麼這麼低，所以我是先去酒店看了房間後，再到網上訂的，前台小姐姐真的很好，我是把所有房型都看過的，小姐姐也沒有不耐煩，一間一間的帶我看，還讓我自己選位置、朝向喜歡的房間住，房間也真的很不錯，衞生乾淨整潔，空調涼快，有小度音箱可以聽歌，還可以控制開關燈、空調，價格也挺實惠的。還是在市中心五星步行街裏面。我都不理解評分咋這麼低？可能是酒店不怎麼去維護網上評價吧，也建議大家和我一樣可以先去酒店看了房間再下訂單

前台小姐姐態度很好，服務也很好，還幫忙解決了小問題，介紹了很多景點。酒店房間乾淨衞生敞亮，有小度智能，24小時都有熱水能洗澡，晚上睡覺也不吵。就在五星步行街裏面，去音樂噴泉，風情港夜市，青雲菜市，東門城樓都很方便，柳州的夜景也真的真的真的很美！！！

位置很好，下樓就是五星步行街，走路六七分鐘就能到青雲市場和音樂噴泉，房間衞生乾淨，還有小度智能音箱和投影儀，挺方便的，雖然訂的是無窗的房間，但是也不悶，空調挺給力的。前台服務好，還能免費寄存行李，客房阿姨每天也都會打掃客房衞生，90多塊錢，在步行街訂到這樣的酒店，性價比算很高的了。
