一去到酒店前台就説給我們免費升級成影音房但是不能看（不能看叫升級嗎，我當時還以為是壞了）後面一去到房間，一個枕頭上面幾根毛，去到衞生間一看洗手盆很長一根毛，後面給前台打電話上面給我們換了一個枕頭把洗手盆清理了一下。前台走之間給我説把房間的影音功能打開了，我們可以看了，這個操作簡直了，被子裏面的棉絮黃的也不能看，不知道為什麼一條差評我沒有。
