是住這麼多次全季以來體驗最差的一次
提前定了房間，晚上辦理入住時卻被告知沒有房間，需要等待，前台告訴我們是因為正好有一個鐘點房退房，檢查好衞生就把房間給我們，再繼續追問前台衹説客房主管檢查好衞生情況才可以辦理，讓我們等待。
進了房間之後發現門口，床上有不明毛髮，桌子也不乾淨，這就是客房主管檢查的結果，我們抱怨一下並沒有計較。
晚上點了外賣，小哥11:40左右打電話告知外賣已送到，到我們過了33分鐘才收到。期間打了兩次電話確認和催促，第一次前台説機器人已經送了，請等待，到我們並沒有收到於是第二次催促，並提醒前台確認是否已安排機器人送，經過我們提醒，前台表示確實是沒送立馬安排。
退房時候給前台報了車牌號，並再次確認是否錄入成功，得到肯定回答之後我們開車出停車場還是被卡，提示需要交費。
沒有一個環節是讓人滿意

服務不錯，問前台有沒有體温計，沒有，但是去葯店給我買了一衹，挺不錯的，空間挺寬敞的，設施設備挺新的，總之很可以。
