Highly recommend this hotel. It is in a perfect location between Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Close to everything you need! Would definitely stay again.

I booked a room for July arrival on May 9 2025 on the BW app for a room with a partial view & balcony. A few days later I directly called the hotel to ask if they had elevators after reading reviews. They did not have any. My husband is 70 & I’m 68 with horrible knees and can’t walk stairs properly. I requested a ground level room. So when we arrived the girl said that it was noted about the stairs but they still assigned us to the 3rd floor! I explained my situation & said that it was would pay more use more points to get a different room even if it meant giving up the balcony. She said that her hands were tied. So some man helped up carry everything up, which didn’t really help me. As I looked around I seen that younger couples with kids were in the lower rooms! Does that make any sense?? I guess they don’t appreciate seniors!

We stayed at this property for 2 nights. We liked the location, breakfast options and cleanliness of the room. However on the negative side, the room felt very damp. The carpet felt damp and clammy. The room has an in room heater/ac and this may impact the humidity in the room. Housekeeping was not impressive. Our first room had a refrigerator full of another guest’s food including carry out stuff. Management quickly gave us another room which was good. This made us wonder do the refrigerators ever get a good cleaning? The second room’s refrigerator did look good. Secondly, we asked for towel and trash service. The towels were removed and there were no replacements when we returned to our room later that same day.

Excellent Family-owned Property. Extremely clean and well-maintained. Everyone from Front desk to breakfast attendant to service staff are pleasant and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and modern. It’s is close to Harbor Springs and Petoskey.

Weekend get away
Our stay was everything we needed. Close to all shops and restaurants. Very clean abd tidy. Even though they had just gained power after a big ice storm their breakfast was more than Adequate.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I figured this one was needed. Everything was just plain good. Everything was super clean, everybody was really friendly, everything went so smoothly. Take for example the continental breakfast: not typically the best thing out there as far as breakfast goes, but this one was perfectly executed, clean, well serviced, etc. Literally the first time I’ve had scrambled eggs not scrambled to order that were not overcooked. They came in a little clamshell container with some wax paper over the eggs to trap heat and steam. Someone took the time to figure that out and do it. One example among many. Good work. Will always stay here in the future.

Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Lots of choices. Staff is very friendly.
