It’s a dump! Parking garage is sketchy. Broken ice machine, broken gym door, very poor breakfast, coffee lids didn’t fit the coffee cups, no spoons for yogurt, mini fridge didn’t work. The hallway smelled like ****.

We should have found somewhere else immediately when we were greeted by a homeless man and the stench of urine and ****. The room wasn't half bad except the floor doesn't look like it's been cleaned in forever and we didn't have a microwave, even though we did have 2 ironing boards. We didn't even towels or a phone to call the front desk to ask for towels. Thankfully housekeeping was outside and gave us towels. We were in town for the marathon and expected a breakfast of waffles and eggs and got stale muffins and fig newton bars. I guess Covid killed the eggs, but the website needs to be updated. We were harassed outside by homeless men as well as inside in the elevators. The front desk personal said they don't allow them in, but that didn't keep a man from getting on the elevator on floor 7 while we got off at 9 and went the wrong way down the hall because we felt like he would follow us. Being that we thought our car was safe in their parking garage, we walked to get lunch and dinner and other than moving our car one time the whole weekend, we left it there. This morning as we were leaving, my passenger side door has been keyed. When I asked for the manager and if they had videos, I was told that I parked at my own risk and too bad. The fact the lady at the front desk wouldn't even get a manager for me to speak to shows that my opinion doesn't matter to them. Not even an offer to compensate some on my room to help cover the cost of the repairs to my car. I do not recommend this hotel. Pay a little more and get better service and security. I guess the old saying really stands that you get what you pay for.

The hotel itself was adequate. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We missed out on breakfast (if it was served) because we left close to 10 AM. The parking garage is in need of some TLC (specifically lighting and the elevator made a weird noise) and security. The location is 6 blocks from Robinson Center and the free downtown trolly. It’s just a typical a budget hotel in downtown Little Rock.

I was put in a room full of poop and tissue. They moved me to a room with a backed up toilet &no hot water. After several attempts of plunging they gave me a plunger & told me do it myself. Terrible experience I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Parking garage had a broken gate allowing any one access to the garage. It was full of trash and dark. Room was out- dated. Shampoo bottle from previous guest still in tub. Water would not shut off completely.

We had no toilet paper in the room. The lady at the front desk would not answer the phone. When I called the next morning after we left about my nephew's hoodie, they acted as though they were gonna get it for us. They waited til 4 pm when we picked it up to even go after it. Then woudln't let me go with her upstairs to get it even after I told her it was an expensive hoodie. She was very rude.

My parents booked us this hotel for us online as it looked promisingly good. You literally drive up to the parking garage and the gate is broken off of it. On the second floor there was literally a car with a broken out back window and all of the tires were taken off of it. We go to the elevator and we had to press the button 10 times for it to work and when we did the foul smell just overwhelmed us. We had two littles that were asleep and a very large bag so we couldn’t just walk down the parking garage so we stepped into the elevator. Well inside the elevator there was a dirty used condom trash old rotten food wrappers etc. when we got off the elevator we went inside the back sliding door to get on the inside elevator well in there, there was literally fresh dog pee that overwhelmed everyone on there. Instead of the employees cleaning it up they literally put a caution wet floor sign because they were too lazy to clean it up. Our rooms smelt like cigar smoke and there was no hot water at all. Floors looked like they have not been vacuumed in a month.

The young lady at check-in was courteous, patient & professional. Not the Manager though. She didn't greet any guests as she passed wearing thigh-high boots, tight jeans & a T-shirt. So unprofessional.
