A bit out-dated but clean, friendly staff, location was very close to what I needed, but too close to everything else! Breakfast eggs were lacking but the biscuits were good! I liked that you could actually open the windows!
I recommend staying in a room that faces out the front of the bulding, you get waymore traffic and hospital/ambulance noise on the back side.

I arrived and got good chicken experience. The only thing that I have to complain about is the maid service could’ve knocked on the and left mortals for us to take a shower the next day breakfast is good

The Staff was Always Very Friendly, and Very Courteous, and was always very Joyful to be around and always asking if we needed anything and how we were doing , and the room was Very Clean and and the ac worked great I like cold air All in All we had a Pleasant stay will go back for Sure Thank You

Reasonable rates, the staff was very nice, a good hot breakfast, clean rooms and it wasn't noisy, and the drivers who took us back and forth to the cancer center was very nice also. We will be staying again when we go back in April or May for my next appt at the cancer center

The toilet made an awful high pitched noise for more that a minute after flushing each time. The breakfast was terrible. Dried eggs and hard biscuits. All the juices tasted like flavored water as if they were missing an ingredient. The coffee was great

The bed were really comfortable. The decor is pretty, but that is really the extent of it. The TV didn't work half the time we were here. The elevator smelled like upchuck. The air inside the building smelled moldy. They have a very small parking lot.

I came out to support my best friend for her surgery. My stay was comfortable with a bunch of fluffy pillows which I loved. I almost overslept missing my complimentary breakfast. The shuttle to and from the hospital was a Godsend. The shuttle lady with the cute glasses was so sweet. Everyone was nice and took care of me all 3 days. The room was clean and the towels wrapped in cute shapes was a nice touch.

We came to town to see our granbaby in Childern's and to check on our kids who have been staying there for over 2 weeks now.. or'dette was fabulous. She got us the best possible rate for of us.. Great customer service a welcoming smile and friendly! Rooms are nice and cool equipped all amenities needed for a lengthy stay .. shuttle service to and from childerns hospital thanks again to the general manager for working with and our fabulous desk clerk today Sept 7th 2024
