We had a comfortable and convenient stay in a spacious suite with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa—perfect for our family of five. The room layout worked well for us, and the space was clean and relaxing after long hours on the road. A big plus was the front office staff—polite, helpful, and thoughtful. I especially appreciated the personal touch of receiving a check-in text to see how our stay was going. After we checked out, I realized my daughter had left her water bottle in the lobby. I replied to the same text thread, and they kindly held onto it for an entire week until we passed through again on our return trip. That kind of customer service really stood out. Great option for families on the go!

I was going to stay at Hampton Inn in downtown but it showed that I picked a different hotel in west of Little Rock. It was misrepresented by ******* online.

UAMS Visit? This is the place to stay!
We were in Little Rock for testing at UAMS. Hampton Inn was very close to Interstate 630 which made it a fast and easy drive to UAMS. The room had been recently updated and was very nice. The mattress was very comfortable and we slept quite nicely. The breakfast in the morning was first rate! Breakfast potatoes, chicken sausage, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, 2 flavors of waffle mix along with a multitude of bakery options and cereal. Assorted coffees, teas, cocoa, juices and milks as well. All of the staff members were so kind and welcoming as well. Thank you for an amazing experience! We will definitely stay here again for our next medical appointment!

It was a nice hotel, larger than what I thought. Nice breakfast. Great room, cool, nice shower. The bed was comfortable. It was a nice place to stay.

Soiled sheets
The room was beautiful, had an odor. Went to dinner, came back odor is still strong. Pulled back bed cover to find soils sheets with feces and strong smell of urine. Was moved to a suit down the hall 75 degrees never got under 71 no sleep horrible night. Has to be at the hospital at 5 am for a procedure.
