Hi went for breakfast today , dont usually kick up Stayed prior for 2 nights 2 times Breakfast ! obvoiusly same chef , eggs fried to death , can you spoil a hash brown ! Mushrooms sliced like paper , beans dried up Toast all pilled on plate , had to ask for side plate So for £20.45 inc 2 small coffees Really is breakfast that hard Girl opposite me was not happy too ! Cafe opposite does good breakfast £7.50

I have been coming here for years and it's always gotten better each time. Located perfectly in the middle of the Malvern Hill range it serves as either a perfect pit stop or final destination. The manager is very attentive & friendly (as are most of the staff) spacious restaurant & outdoor areas. Good selection of drinks & a nice varied menu. In particular, the Chalke Stream Trout & Steak Sandwich👌🏼 🐕 Friendly too.

Great staff and great food. What a find, never come across a more motivated set of staff. Very helpful, definitely felt the client comes first at this hotel. It is not, to be frank the quietest spot but the rooms are nice and it has great access to British Camp, a Neolithic site close by with the almost amazing views in every direction. I would go there again just for how great the staff were to be honest.

The perfect venue for our mini-conference and overnight stay, delicious food and drink, comfortable rooms and very well looked-after with excellent service. Highly recommend.

My husband treated me for one night here while the UK Malvern Quilt Show was on in the show grounds. It is a superb place with a really good menu choice, beautiful room with large and lovely bathroom, and friendly staff. It is situated in a useful position for visiting the glorious hills around here.

Nice location, good parking, friendly & helpful staff. Our double room was lovely and the bathroom was to a good standard. There is no lift - so if you're struggling to walk this maybe an issue. Toiletries were ok but no hair conditioner - small bottle would have been useful. Restaurant was pleasant and food was enjoyable - would want a table in the restaurant with views next time. Wines by the glass were typical pub quality and not great - when by the bottle there was more choice. Best breakfast we had on our travels all week - coffee could be stronger (was a bit like hot dishwater). Buffet breakfast choice was a bit below what we were expecting but hot food was excellent with good choices. Would stay and eat there again.

After walking up the hill we decided on the convenience of having lunch here. Due to the tourism around the area, admitting we weren't expecting much heading to the Malvern Hills Hotel for lunch. We were welcomed by the super friendly manager. Food came out quickly. Plenty of it to fill us after our hike. Pricing - I understand where people say it's 'expensive', but we were happy with the food plus service and felt like this was represented at that price. Good proper pub grub with plenty to choose from.

Very clean, luxurious room on 2nd floor with stunning views. Great freshly cooked breakfast. Food in bar excellent with wide range of meals and snacks. All the staff were amazing, friendly and efficient. Superb location for walking, with several walks starting from the hotel. Will definitely return.
