The room had no AC which made it burning hot, very irritating. The fan only spread hot air around. I couldn’t manage being there for more than a few hours. Had to cut the trip short.

Stayed at both Judy Hostels, this one has to be my favorite for how relaxing the location is and the open layout of the hostel. The open bar and kitchen also make it super convenient and flexible. You are also pretty close to Blue Hole + Brighton Beach

A great place, I have been like at home, very beautiful with Jamaican colors, I shared a room with a friend, both in Negril and in Brighton and everything was super good in both places. But the best thing is the staff and the owner, people with great kindness and great human quality, since we did not know English and they helped us with everything, they treated us great. The atmosphere is very good in both places, in Negril you can expand and in Brighton you can find yourself, but always with Jamaican style. My advice is to visit both places. Yeah man! Jamaica style!

This is the second time I've stayed and I would love to stay longer next time, also I think my daughter would love it. I can just imagine staying there for a good few weeks to do some writing or just take a breather.. Its reachable by a bumpy road and right by the sea. I slept indoors, very comfortable, a lovely mosquito free sleep. The rooms are all quirky and colourful inside and out. It's run as eco-friendly as possible, employees are all local and the management supports and works in harmony with the local community.

We came pretty late with the car, but sue's number is written down infront of the gate and sue greeted us immedietly at the gate! The Place is absolutly gorgous and big and with many spots to chill and relax! We had a lovely late night talk with sue and it was a big help hearing her tips and her experiences! Keep it up Sue!! Peaceful place to stay within the local community. Couldn't think if a better place to relax and unwind. There are hammocks to chill out in, a fire pit in the evenings to sit round and the blue hole swimming area is within walking distance. Miss sue is a fantastic host and can advise on all yhe best local spots. It has beautiful sunsets, plenty of wildlife including birds, lizards and large frogs

My sister and I had a lovely stay at Judy's House Brighton. The property was safe, secure + had every amenity we might need. We were honoured to break in Sue's 'One-for-the-Road bar. Thank-you, Sue, for your wonderful hospitality, attention to detail and comfortable accommodations.
