A very satisfying stay. The view was stunning. Mikki and Ella were professional and attentive, providing a lot of help from check-in to check-out, making us feel incredibly warm. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities. Their excellent service significantly enhanced this trip, and I'll definitely stay here again!

All the facilities in the room are in place, the service staff are also very friendly, and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The hotel elevator is difficult to find, but the waiter GWENG took the initiative to show us the way after checking in! Clissa’s service with a smile is also warm and it’s a great experience!

The room was spotless and well-maintained, featuring new facilities and a very comfortable bed. However, the bathroom design was impractical, offering no space to place personal toiletries – a significant flaw. Room service was quite disappointing. The complimentary welcome fruit was completely forgotten and only delivered after I called at 11 AM. During check-in, I requested an additional set of adult toiletries and a children's set. These were not delivered as promised. After prompting again late in the evening, they finally arrived, but it was two adult sets, and the children's set was still missing! This standard of service is simply not what I expect from the Wyndham brand. Even small amenities felt lacking; only one comb was provided per room, which comes across as quite stingy. On the positive side, the breakfast was extensive and very good.

The service attitude is very good and the response speed is very fast, especially the lady at the front desk, who also took the initiative to upgrade the room, which is bigger and quieter than the original one. The breakfast is also rich and has many varieties. Compared with this price, it is very cost-effective.

這是我第一次評價酒店，真的是非常滿意的一次住宿，這幾天來住的最好服務最周到的一次了，還免費給升級了大窗户，外面能看到景色！再説説酒店房間裏面，乾淨衞生，全屋智能，又大又舒服，性價比超級高，很值得推薦，離麗水車站6公里18分鐘車程，但是比高鐵站附近的便宜很多，而且附近步行有一個特別大的夜市七子樓，也很好，來旅遊的推薦哦！酒店照片忘記拍了，和圖片沒差別，非常好，附上幾張夜市照片吧！另外還有一個零食超市，種類超級多

There was only one chinese restaurant where they only catered group guest. And the ”All Day Dining Restaurant” did not open for dinner and no room service provided. So, consider you do not have chinese yuan and no wechat pay on your phone, should consider bringing your own snack if you stay here. Also, this is the only hotel that they charge their guest RMB150 for using their gym.

The TV in the room does not allow on-demand broadcasts, only live broadcasts and listening to music. We are really impressed. When we checked in, we were not reminded of the breakfast time. When we arrived at the breakfast room at 9:35, we had already collected almost all the items. We took them out when we saw that we had not eaten. A few steamed buns, really satisfying

Highlight is the amazing breakfast for the price. The room was clean, which is what matters the most. There are 2 issues: even when i got the non-smoking room, the room still somehow smelled like smoking room, even if it's still acceptable for me. It's totally not acceptable if you bring in your kids though. Another issue is some of the lights, like hallway light didn't work. Otherwise everything else was great, the reception was polite and hospitable, checking in and out didn't have any issues.

The location of the B&B is convenient for eating nearby and is also close to the cruise ship terminal. The room is great with a great view right outside the window. The service is very enthusiastic 👍 I drove there by myself, and the store told me the parking spot in detail along the way. The parking lot is only a 3-4 minute walk from the store, and the store also picks me up. The breakfast was also great 👍The room was clean 👍When I left, the store also gave me 2 packs of homemade rice cakes 🤗

The high school entrance examination was booked for one night, mainly for two noon use during the exam, 5 minutes away from the test center, the location is excellent, the hotel has parking lot, charging piles, clean room facilities, and very cost-effective. Chinese food after two days of exams is in the hotel. The menu is set in advance and can be prepared in advance. Warm reminder, the portion of the dish is very large, and I can't finish it after ordering too much. Lishui's local dishes taste. Breakfast is also good, rice noodles are just fine.
