An overall great experience in this hotel. The room I got was cute and has a small kitchen, it has the appliances you need to cook a meal, and plates, utensils as well, there is even a oven that you can heat up all the pastries you brought back to your room, the pastel de nata in the cafe down stairs at the hotel’s lobby were good. But what save my trip was the washer/dryer in the room, been travel for almost 2 weeks without doing laundry until I checked in to this hotel. If I’ve ever returned to Lisbon, will definitely stay in the hotel again.

My overall experience was good but the only downside for me is the location. It needs a long walk, around 20-30 mins, to get to the main city area. I had to get a taxi or Bolt to return hotel every night.
The room was clean with a large king size bed. The room size is reasonable. We were on the first floor facing the street, it was quite at night. Slippers were provided on request. The staffs were very polite and friendly. There were no problem in communication in English. They also suggested a lots restaurants and attractions for us to consider.
The lobby is spacious with a TV and also lots of seating area. There was a small gym room in the basement.
We had a comfortable and great stay with Lumen Hotel.

Not a 4 star hotel - but adequate and functional Staff are 4 Star!! - Always willing to help. Heard several guests take it out on poor staff due to expectations of a 4 star standing. Very basic toiletries - a soap pump stuck on the wall and one glass in the bathroom No concierge to help with touristy stuff. They just hand out brochures Breakfast selection is poor - seems they are always having to fill up in little quantities - seems like they ration the food. Felt sad to even ask the staff to fill up Staff are 4 star! Ordered a limousine airport transfer. No limousine but a regular car smelling of cigarettes. Again no fault of the hotel staff. They did tell me driver is not associated with hotel. I think they should drop down a star or better the facility.

Went for an old boys' weekend, we always try and choose a good hotel with plenty of facilities. This hotel is reasonably well situated but not as near the centre of Lisbon as we had thought. It looks like a typical concrete monstrosity from the outside but is however very clean and modern with very friendly and efficient staff. We spent some time at the rooftop bar! A good bar with excellent bar staff!! The only moan is that the so called swimming pool is really only for a dip and there are no sunbeds, the area is too small and we therefore did not use the pool. The hotel is a good 20 minute walk from the town centre and restaurants, etc. We would all recommend it however.

We were pleasantly surprised by Hotel Lisboa and would definitely recommend it. It's located steps away from Avenida da Liberdade. Very convenient with an eye-pleasing walk down to the main square or over to the Parque Eduardo VII. It was sparkling clean. We couldn't have been happier. We had two rooms, one with a king bed and a pullout in the other room, which my friend said was very comfortable. Large windows that opened to let in fresh air and ambient street sounds. The breakfast buffet had a bit of everything with eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, seeds and coffee. Across the street is a mini-mercado and a delicious restaurant called Honest Greens. Would recommend it too, especially if you're veg. Would stay here again.

As soon as I got off the bus, I felt the coolness of Lisbon. The hotel is in a good location. It is about a 5-minute walk from the restaurant frequented by Ronaldo. There are also many shops nearby.

Excellent location. The hotel had an interesting decor (explorer theme) and was somewhat dark. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony but would have preferred a room with more light - the balcony was the only light in the room. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was roomy. The only odd thing in the room were the 2 chairs that were so low to the ground they were impossible to sit in - very odd! Other than that the hotel was excellent and we would recommend.

Three friends were traveling together and had two rooms. We requested a double room and a twin room, and all were arranged to be twin rooms. The room smelled very strong and was noisy!

IHG can be very irritating. When you book, the web site doesn't tell you about the ongoing lobby refurb, which must be taking the most amount of time ever for the least work done. Just before you arrive, you then get the ”hey we're doing a refurb email”. Very disingenuous and IHG could do better. The nice thing about this hotel is the lovely staff. Friendly and painless early check in when we were expecting to have to leave the bags. 9th floor rooms that are acceptable, but tired and really nothing special. However the mattress was comfy, the shower fiesty, and there were plenty of electrical outlets and charging points. The squeaky wooden floors need to go, and the air con could do with modernisation. Diamond status got me free breakfast, and the beaming smiles of the breakfast staff lift you for the day, even if the quite reasonable breakfast is served in a soulless underground prison cell WITH NO LIFT to get down there, a 0/10 if you have a disability. The public areas are a 1970s disaster. Space is limited, but a huge amount is given over to a tired ”garden feature” which needs to go. Lobby seating is limited and needs a redesign - somone let a designer loose on it who had no real practical experience of comfort or usage. Hotel wifi is old. It constantly logs you out if you're not active and requires you to reconnect. The hotel is well situated even if some distance from the sights. Entrecampos station ia a five minute walk, as is Campo Pequeno with the metro. There's always taxis at the front of the hotel. In the local area there's a supermarket, pharmacy, and several restaurants within a few minutes. I'd recommend the Chinese Huang He which has a buffet every night, with a superb selection of value for money dishes.

This was our second time in Lisbon, and decided to try Tivoli as part of a Leading Hotels of the World property and also due to its location. As soon as you walk in, you are presented with a wonderful and elegant lobby with some beautiful flower arrangements. At the reception we were welcomed by Luis. Before checking us in, he had to step in and help his colleague who was being troubled by a very rude guest that was giving her quite a hard time, and he did it with a smile on his face and was as professional and efficient as it can get. After that, Luis checked us in and since the room was not ready, he helped us making a dinner reservation for that night (we absolutely loved it, thanks Luis!) and offered us a glass of wine while the room was being prepared. We were given an upgrade to a Deluxe Family Room with a nice view towards the pool (which is a hidden gem right in the middle of the city). The room was very spacious and we had a small treat with some local pastries and a bottle of wine prepared for us, which was a nice touch. However, it felt like some of the furniture had already been through a lot and it clearly needs to be replaced. We also made a few reservations during the remaining days through the concierge and Miguel and the Concierge Team were very helpful and knowledgeable, always providing us with some great recommendations that allowed us to experience the best that Lisbon has to offer. After being told by many people that we could not leave without visiting the most trendy rooftop bar in town, we ended up giving it a try and it was definitely a good choice, both the cocktails and the view were amazing. The only downside is the noise you may experience during the night since it stays open until quite late. Overall, I believe that what made our stay so special was the service and the staff, especially Miguel and Luis who were absolutely amazing and a huge help making our stay a memorable one and are the perfect example of the service that should be provided at a Leading Hotels of the World property. You can clearly see that the staff is overworked and given a hard time more often than they should but they will always smile at you as soon as they see you and try to go the extra mile.

Fabulous location, steps to subway and the beautiful park. Room was huge, bed comfortable and the host went out of his way to make us welcome and cater to our schedule. We had to leave prior to breakfast being served and he was kind enough to make us a sandwich to enjoy prior to departure.....way above expected. Private bathroom a bit small but more than adequate, well sticked and clean as a whistle. Just doesn't get better!!

른른정The location is fraudulent
You can walk to all the places and the tram departure is near the hostel!
The room was big and there was a microwave so it was nice to be able to heat simple food.
There was an elevator in the building, so there was no inconvenience at the same time as the carrier.
However, I asked for cleaning every day, but the other place was neat, but the inside of the shower booth was not carefully cleaned 🥲
Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation 🥹

NnikipupupuMetro entrance is right in front of door and Metro is easy to use. Room was very comfortable for 3. Just needed it for sleeping and showering. Also, very quiet. Breakfast was decent to get the day started. Staff was very friendly. Staff sold us the Hop On Off bus in Sintra. The traffic there is terrible and we had to ditch using the bus because we would spend over an hour waiting at a stop. Also Pena Castle has timed entry ticket that you cannot get same day, at least for a decent time. I know this might not be there fault, but they need to know, if they don't. Also, just trying to give others a heads up. We did not get value for the ticket we purchased.

MMarinaHotel a little dated but in an excellent position room assigned absolutely to be used as a single and not as a double had a column near the bed very dangerous at night if one gets up without turning on the light .... Equipped with everything with dated but clean uncomfortable furniture for two people. Maybe it was assigned to us because it was taken with an offer? Work in progress in the building opposite but did not disturb too much. Breakfast in the norm with good products, the only flaw is the American-only coffee ... Staff courteous even if detached.

I am writing to express my gratitude to and your entire staff at the Doubletree Fontana Park for a great stay and experience. Our arrival experience was top notch, and we are grateful to Sara at the front desk for a very warm and personal welcome. My wife and I want to express our thanks for the extra amenities of the assorted fruit and cheese plate for our arrival. The HHonors Diamond upgrade to an executive room for the 2nd night was appreciated as well.

GGuest UserBel b&b posizione ottima camere super silenziose nonostante la posizione centrale! Ottimo sistema check in tutto automatizzato. Camera pulita e confortevole. Letto perfetto.
