Hotels in Baixa, Lisbon

I love the location of the hotel, it is very central to the tourist attractions and also a lot of nice restaurants around the corner, make it very easy for tourist without transport. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. My room provide breakfast, while the spread is just good as it’s a boutique hotel which is fine for me. The room is as shown in the picture, nice, clean, smells good just the lighting a bit dimmed which I guess is normal for European hotel. The room is very good for me just that the hotel don’t provide complimentary bottled water which it should be a basic service by all hotels. Otherwise, everything is good.

A beautiful and clean place with a great location- you don't have to walk up to get there . Just feeling a bit unlucky that the guest whose bed was next to mine snored extremely loudly. My earplugs and AirPods didn't work well to cancel the noise unfortunately. Always remember to bring some more layers to cover your ears for a good sleep .

A very nice hotel, clean and comfortable~ The bed was big enough to sleep 360’ Staff were friendly and handsome, there hotel has a light show everynight at around 10pm, you can enjoy the show indoor or outdoor area.

On-site parking is available, but it's an elevator parking system which might require a bit of careful driving. However, the parking spots themselves are quite spacious. There are numerous restaurants on the ground floor, and the subway station is conveniently close. Breakfast was just okay.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Lisbon Villa Baixa is a fantastic apartment complex located right in the heart of Lisbon, near the iconic Rossio Square. The apartments themselves are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and recently renovated to a high standard. Everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The staff is discreet, helpful, and always ready to assist when needed. One of the great advantages is 24-hour access to your apartment, giving you full flexibility during your stay. I sincerely recommend Villa Baixa to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and centrally located place to stay in Lisbon.

Everything was fine! The front desk service was excellent. The room facilities were nice. The only minor downside was that the door of room 403, where I stayed, made a creaking sound, which was disturbing to the guests next door.

Since you're in Dubai, experiencing the local culture is an absolute must. This place is truly wonderful! It combines beautiful ancient architecture with incredibly attentive, authentic local service, making for an excellent overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Location wise it is great! It’s situated in a very convenient location with buses and metro just a few minutes walk. The room is clean and quiet as well. We have nothing to complain about, highly recommend!

This is a good choice for traveling with friends, especially if you opt for a two-bedroom unit. The room size is large and the price is reasonable. The round swimming pool is clean and inviting, although it was too cold to swim during our April visit. The room is generally good, but there were a few drawbacks. The tissue box in the bathroom was broken, and one of the shower heads in a bathroom was malfunctioning. Other than these issues, everything else was quite satisfactory.

The room and hotel itself are very clean, modern and easy to spend. Cospa is also very good, such as shampoo conditioner body soap, free water, tea and coffee. However, there is a problem with the service. There was a leak from the air conditioner around the night, and I contacted him through whatsapp, but it took an hour to reply. He offered to change the room, but I refused for the time being because it was midnight. However, there was no follow-up contact or confirmation of leaks. There was no support or help. The new towel is self-service, but I used it to wipe the leak, so when I went to get a new one the next day, there was only one, the floor of the room was clinging to feces, etc. The room was very clean and comfortable, so the response when the service and problems occurred was very uncomfortable. There is no front desk, so it can't be helped, but I think that the response should be solid when the problem occurs. I will never stay at this hotel chain again.
