Stayed for 4 nights with friends, service was great, with a nice bar area. Room was great and the biggest bed ever and was very comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. The light show was worth watching, sitting outside in the evening with a bottle of wine. Visited in November and was lucky to have great weather. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

An overall great experience in this hotel. The room I got was cute and has a small kitchen, it has the appliances you need to cook a meal, and plates, utensils as well, there is even a oven that you can heat up all the pastries you brought back to your room, the pastel de nata in the cafe down stairs at the hotel’s lobby were good. But what save my trip was the washer/dryer in the room, been travel for almost 2 weeks without doing laundry until I checked in to this hotel. If I’ve ever returned to Lisbon, will definitely stay in the hotel again.

Well, first of all, this location can only be said to be not a core area, but it is certainly not very far from the core area. It should be relatively convenient to get there by taxi or bus. But its advantage is that it has a very high cost-effectiveness, because in Lisbon you can enjoy a large apartment of more than 40 square meters for more than 700 yuan, which is actually quite difficult to find. The environment of the entire hotel lobby is relatively average, but the environment inside the room is generally quite good. In short, I think you may want to ask for comprehensive services and implementation like a five-star hotel. It is definitely not that high-end, but it is already very good at this price.

As soon as I got off the bus, I felt the coolness of Lisbon. The hotel is in a good location. It is about a 5-minute walk from the restaurant frequented by Ronaldo. There are also many shops nearby.

The location’s nice. The room’s clean. The staffs are helpful and prompt to serve when requested anything. By the way, we booked the room with 2 single beds with Trip.Com but the hotel got our booking as 1 double bed - it became uncomfortable by the error of Trip.Com as the hotel was fully booked and wasted time and money to contact Trip.Com for solving this problem. Anyway, Trip.Com assistant “Evan” managed to refund money for extra bed into my account at the end. It’s my first time for bad experience with Trip.Com on hotel booking issues. But nothing to complain about The Hotel Lisboa.

Very good hotel with a great location.
The service is professional and the staff are very friendly.
Champagne and cake were given on my birthday, and the service was very attentive.
This is the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during this trip.

Hotel location is close to the metro and train stations but just need to figure out where they are located.
The staff at the check in and also dining area are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice enough and had a bit of variety. The shower room was better as it was covered by glass door. The overall hotel is a bit dated but no real complaints.

In general, something normal. We went as a couple to spend 3 days with breakfast included. The breakfast was meager and had very little variety. The staff who are providing services in the morning are very serious, all of them. !!There is nothing wrong with that!!!. At reception, however, they are kind and friendly. And something that I will never understand, and not only in this hotel, although it has also happened to us, is that if they give you the option of 2 single beds or a double bed, why don't they comply with what you previously reserved? And if there is no stock, at least they send an email notifying you of it. And finally, the window in the room did not have a handle to open it. I understand that for security reasons it is not possible to open it completely, but tilting is ideal to air out the room.

The location of the hotel is simply awesome. On Liberty Avenue, Loewe is on the first floor of the lobby. It's a luxury to walk all the way, which is great for girls who love to buy. The breakfast was so-so, nothing to do, nothing special. The top floor is a small bar, overlooking the entire Liberty Avenue is good.

I stayed in Lisbon for the first time in 2017, and chose to stay again in 2025. This is a very good choice. The room I was given last time was on the side street, and this time it was facing the monument. The hotel has been renovated, and for me personally, the pillows are very comfortable! At the end of Liberty Avenue, it is convenient to get in and out (there are city tour buses and buses to outlets), and there is a subway down the small road. There is a McDonald's next to the hotel. I didn't order breakfast this time, and there are many places to eat around. The luxury stores on Liberty Avenue are still the same, in the old location, and have not changed. Walking on Liberty Avenue, the past scenes are still in front of my eyes...

JJessicaIt is a fairly well-established bed and breakfast system, located at the Sao Sebastiao metro entrance, opposite the Corte Ingles. The welcome was given in French and by a very friendly and pleasant host. The room was very large. The bathroom, although pretty and very clean, was difficult to close using the installed hook.
We had a fairly well-stocked breakfast, there was plenty of everything. A very pleasant break in Lisbon.

른른정The location is fraudulent
You can walk to all the places and the tram departure is near the hostel!
The room was big and there was a microwave so it was nice to be able to heat simple food.
There was an elevator in the building, so there was no inconvenience at the same time as the carrier.
However, I asked for cleaning every day, but the other place was neat, but the inside of the shower booth was not carefully cleaned 🥲
Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation 🥹

GGuest UserDefinitely in the city center, the breakfast is okay, the egg tarts and grilled sausages are delicious, there is a lack of fresh vegetables, and the fruits are sliced. The service was very good. When we asked for boiling water, the waiter took the initiative to bring a water boiler.

BBobo1984The location of this hotel may be the biggest negative point of my visit. As soon as I got off the taxi, I saw a homeless man lying in front of the hotel. The surrounding streets were also a bit messy. The front desk of the hotel informed me that I was upgraded from a single room to a double room that day, but the room was on the negative first floor (basement), so it was an awkward upgrade for me. Imagine that your room has a cement staircase, and when you walk up and open the staircase, there is a window leading directly to the street outside. It is an unprecedented experience. Then the way back to the hotel at night is also a bit disturbing. There are many strange men on the roadside, homeless people here and there, and people sitting on the roadside when they are drunk. I always rushed back to the hotel without looking around on the way back those two nights. But fortunately, I didn't encounter any danger or unpleasant things. But if you travel alone, especially girls, it is recommended to change the location.

MMarinaHotel a little dated but in an excellent position room assigned absolutely to be used as a single and not as a double had a column near the bed very dangerous at night if one gets up without turning on the light .... Equipped with everything with dated but clean uncomfortable furniture for two people. Maybe it was assigned to us because it was taken with an offer? Work in progress in the building opposite but did not disturb too much. Breakfast in the norm with good products, the only flaw is the American-only coffee ... Staff courteous even if detached.

DDMerylWe stayed one night at Doubletree -Lisbon- our final night in Portugal. Warm welcome by staff with a warm cookie :). Our room was upgraded due to overbooking standard twin room. Beds are cosy. Clean room. Breakfast is ok. Recommend it

DDPTGVery central location and helpful front desk. No breakfast available but some cafes nearby. The issue here is the weird decor: all the hallways are black, our bathroom was red with a black toilet and the room was lined with mirrors. Creates a gloomy, gothic ******* feeling. Although I saw the room pictures before booking the true effect was not clear.

GGuest UserIt is not a hotel itself. It is located in a second floor without lift and has no reception or breakfast service. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city centre.
