Good location, clean and room is new. Next door have a small supermarket and behind have a big supermarket. Lack of Amenities in the room, no toothbrush, no slippers, no water etc…
Just a coffee machine capsule, few teabags and shower cap.
Overall is value for money. I would recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at Central House Lisbon and would stay there again. The private room was clean, small, and well decorated. Bathroom was clean with a good shower. Shower had good water pressure with good heat. The bed was pretty comfortable with decently nice sheets.
The highlight was the breakfast. It had a good selection of warm and cold options. Ham, cheese, toast, egg tarts, cereal, milk, juices, coffee, lattes, and more.
We would recommend to travelers or Camino starters.

Hotel location is good as it is close to :metro station and bus stops, commuting easily to scenic spots and airport. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Most impressive is taff of reception, restaurants, housekeeping and all are very professional, caring, friendly and.helpful. Our room is very cosy, well designed and.illuminated with very warm feel. The night show is of good quality. Thank you Lumen which gave us a very enjoyable stay !

Conveniently located very close to the metro station. A taxi ride to the airport costs only 6 euros, and the old town is easily accessible via the metro. Both the room and bathroom are very spacious. The breakfast spread is excellent and varied daily, offering different options. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's a much better option than staying in the old town, where hauling luggage up and down narrow, cobbled streets can be exhausting. Furthermore, the old town's narrow roads often lead to traffic congestion, especially when traveling to and from the airport.

Excellent location and the room was very clean. There was only one staff at the reception for check-in/check-out and staff reported duty only at 9:00am. So, when we wanted to checkout at 8am somthing, we need to wait for a bit. Yet, it was a very good experience as the room was well decorated, the ceiling was very high and the lication is very very good.

Stay Hotel Lisboa is a great option for travelers seeking a laid-back, mid-priced hotel in Centro Saldanha. The hotel offers basic but clean rooms, providing a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring the city. It is conveniently located close to downtown, with many restaurants, bars, and landmarks within walking distance. The staff are warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Additionally, the nearby metro station makes it easy to reach the city’s most popular attractions.
Overall, the experience was good. The only aspect that could be improved is late-night access to the hotel. The automatic doors are closed, and sometimes the receptionist is busy organizing breakfast or handling other tasks. Since the doorbell does not always work, guests may have to wait until the receptionist notices them.

Staff were polite and attentive. The hotel was located in close proximity and short walk from Parque Eduardo VII and Marques Pombal metro station. On arrival, our room was upgraded from a one bedroom apartment to a more roomier corner convent apartment, which was a nice surprise. The hotel pool was busy every day, and therefore, we did not get a chance to use it. It was also on the smaller side. Overall, the hotel was lively and well located. We would stay there again if we were in Lisbon.

We stayed here for 3 nights for vacation, below are our experience and reviews.
Cons:
1. Complimentary Water (only 2 during entire stay):
• Complimentary water is only provided on the first day, but this was not communicated at check-in.
• The vending machine water is overpriced (4.5x supermarket price).
• Clear instructions at check-in would allow guests to plan ahead and buy water elsewhere.
2. Reception Service:
• No guidance on how to call the front desk from the room, resulted in us going down to reception for assistance.
• Unprofessional receptionist behavior:
• A receptionist prioritized personal conversations with other guests over assisting me, even after noticing I needed help.
• My query took less than a minute but was delayed unnecessarily, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.
3. Housekeeping Issue:
• Despite placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping knocked repeatedly and did not respond when asked who was there.
• The door lacked a peephole, which raised safety concerns as we couldn’t verify who was outside.
4. Taxi Drop-off:
• The hotel’s entrance is on a ramp near a traffic light, making it difficult for taxi to stop directly in front of the door.
• Guests with heavy luggage may find it inconvenient as taxis often park farther away.
Some Pros:
• Excellent location near a park with a charming Christmas market.
• Safe area with plenty of nearby restaurants and supermarkets, making it very convenient.
• Decent-sized rooms with ample space and a large desk for working.
• Good breakfast options.

This apartment I rented in Lisbon is highly recommended. It is very spacious, with two bedrooms and a living room, which can sleep six or seven people. It has two bathrooms and a kitchen. It is more than 10 minutes' walk from Liberty Avenue and various attractions in the old town. There are many supermarkets around. It's great! Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos of the hotel.

The room and hotel itself are very clean, modern and easy to spend. Cospa is also very good, such as shampoo conditioner body soap, free water, tea and coffee.
However, there is a problem with the service. There was a leak from the air conditioner around the night, and I contacted him through whatsapp, but it took an hour to reply. He offered to change the room, but I refused for the time being because it was midnight. However, there was no follow-up contact or confirmation of leaks. There was no support or help.
The new towel is self-service, but I used it to wipe the leak, so when I went to get a new one the next day, there was only one, the floor of the room was clinging to feces, etc. The room was very clean and comfortable, so the response when the service and problems occurred was very uncomfortable.
There is no front desk, so it can't be helped, but I think that the response should be solid when the problem occurs. I will never stay at this hotel chain again.

른른정The location is fraudulent
You can walk to all the places and the tram departure is near the hostel!
The room was big and there was a microwave so it was nice to be able to heat simple food.
There was an elevator in the building, so there was no inconvenience at the same time as the carrier.
However, I asked for cleaning every day, but the other place was neat, but the inside of the shower booth was not carefully cleaned 🥲
Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation 🥹

1100320****Definitely in the city center, the breakfast is okay, the egg tarts and grilled sausages are delicious, there is a lack of fresh vegetables, and the fruits are sliced. The service was very good. When we asked for boiling water, the waiter took the initiative to bring a water boiler.

AAnonymous UserConvenient location, nice hotel lobby with friendly staff. Hotel breakfast was not attractive as good as highly recommended by friends therefore we didn’t had it after checked. I assumed it’s due to the restaurant was under renovation and it’s been moved to 2nd floor with something simple. There are cafes around and even 5 star hotel breakfast buffet around the corner with similar price. The room is fine. Yet noise came out from the wooden floor when you walking through inside the room. I was awake during at night when my partner was walking through from toilet to the desk.

GGuest UserIt is not a hotel itself. It is located in a second floor without lift and has no reception or breakfast service. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city centre.

GGuest UserThe entrance to the hotel is very dark. The room is style over function and also dark. . You have to be over 1.8m to in order to place the hanger in the wardrobe. There was a large electric box inside the cupboard. . The kettle had to moved because it could not be plugged in where it was. The sockets were horizontal on the bedside and any spill would have caused a short circuit. The electric blind was very noisy. The breakfast room was very narrow. Overall not a good experience.

DDPTGVery central location and helpful front desk. No breakfast available but some cafes nearby. The issue here is the weird decor: all the hallways are black, our bathroom was red with a black toilet and the room was lined with mirrors. Creates a gloomy, gothic ******* feeling. Although I saw the room pictures before booking the true effect was not clear.
