Excellent service from the moment we arrived in the early hours from the airport. The reception could not do enough for us and we're very pleasant. The breakfast was of good quality with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good location as we came from airport very late at night. It's easy to catch the early coach and train too. The environment is chill and young. However breakfast is just very average. Also , it's quite inconvenient for us with no fridge and water kettle.

Lovely hotel in an amazing location. Nice staff too. The water in our room wasn’t warm enough but after calling the reception to let them know they have fixed it in 10 minutes. Nice breakfast with a lot of options. Parking available which is great in that area of the city. Would recommend and stay again.

I booked twice to stay at this hotel because I wasn't allowed to modify my booking, even though my second booking meant my husband and I would stay longer at the hotel. My first booking was for November 29 to December 4, and because flights to Lisbon were much cheaper on November 26th than November 28th, I decided to take the earlier flight and therefore enjoy Lisbon a bit longer. I was disappointed in the inconvenience of having to book a different room instead of being allowed to stay in the same room, not to mention the hassle of having to pack and unpack our stuff when we transferred rooms from the 12th floor to the 13th floor. But fortunately, our second room was much nicer than the first, even though the first one was slightly more expensive because it had a view of the river. The second room was newly decorated with tasteful interior design in blue, white, and gray, while the first had a tacky red padded leatherette headboard wall. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The wheelchair they lent us during our stay was new and sturdy, the breakfast food was decent, and the folks were friendly. The location was excellent, right next to the gorgeous train and bus station by Santiago Calatrava, a huge mall, and walking distance from the Expo area, the Fiera Internacional Lisboa, and two excellent restaurants - Honest Greens (best hummus we ever tasted, grilled veggies and salmon) and Butchers (grilled ribeye and lovely staff).

This is a five-star hotel with excellent environment and facilities. The hotel is in a good location too. The price is very cost-effective and worth recommending. I will choose it again next time!

Absolutely fantastic stay at Martinhal Lisboa Oriente. We booked a studio at this aparhotel for 4 nights. Spacious n clean. WiFi works steady. Breakfast is included with a very good selection of fruits, bread, cereal n hot items. Customer service is good here too. It is abt 1 km to one of the train stations in Lisboa, which is Oriente station. As such, it is very convenient for us to take the train to Sintra n Porto. However, it is a bit farther away from Alfama n Baixa n all the other interesting neighborhoods with shops n restaurants n cafes. May be 8-9 kms or 10 euros Uber drive away?? All in all, Martinhal is still highly recommended. I wld not hesitate to stay here again were I visit Lisbon next time.

Melia Hotel is a Spanish brand hotel chain with good facilities and rich breakfast. It is right next to the Oriental Railway Station and close to the airport, and intercity transportation is relatively convenient. There is a large shopping mall in the station, which is open until midnight. The only unchanged thing is that the hotel is far from the old town, but fortunately grab, bolt, and uber are very fast. Overall, the price-performance ratio is good.

I picked this hotel simply cuz is close to my friend’s place. It’s quite clean , quiet , safe area. There are some restaurants around the area. Front desk service is quite efficient and friendly. Rooms are spacious and modern. Will definitely stay there again if I visit my friend again.

The hotel has good hardware facilities and great views. You can enjoy the sea view in the room while lying on the bed. You can also enjoy the sunrise sea view in the restaurant every morning. It is really a good place for Lisbon vacation, but the room service is really bad. Except for the complete room supplies on the first night, nothing is replenished from the second day. I called the room service and asked for 2 bathrobes. I called back and forth several times, but in return, a very friendly service staff ran to the room to inform that the hotel did not provide bathrobes. It was really speechless. How did the bathrobes on the first day come from? How did the bathrobes on other guests come from? On the third morning, I left a note at the front desk, asking for supplies and 2 bathrobes when cleaning the room, but nothing was provided. It was not until the fourth night that I called the room service again and got the bathrobes we needed. This hotel is really worth staying in. The location and surrounding environment are very good, but I really hope that the quality of room service can be improved. The service staff in the breakfast restaurant are very friendly and will take the initiative to greet, and familiar customers can remember their preferences. In short, it is still worth recommending.

New hotel right next to the metro station.... really nice room, mini fridge in the room for your beers. Nice restaurant less than 300m. Staff are very professional and friendly. I decided to stay an extra night... The underground from the airport means this could be a great option for flying in or out. Very nice breakfast 😋 I recommend it.
