By the way, we booked the room with 2 single beds with Trip.Com but the hotel got our booking as 1 double bed - it became uncomfortable by the error of Trip.Com as the hotel was fully booked and wasted time and money to contact Trip.Com for solving this problem. Anyway, Trip.Com assistant “Evan” managed to refund money for extra bed into my account at the end. It’s my first time for bad experience with Trip.Com on hotel booking issues.
