The front desk service of this hotel is really great! A girl will also take the initiative to help with luggage, and will also greet and see off guests. You can really feel the care and enthusiasm! The hotel room is also very clean, the sofa bed is made in advance, and the bathroom is also great! The hotel is close to famous attractions, which is very convenient, and there are many delicious foods around! The front desk also provides free Portuguese egg tarts, which are delicious and warm! It is really suitable for family travel! Full marks for the hotel, super full marks for the front desk lady

Basic room for the price to be honest. Great location but everything else very basic.
Strange design with shower on one side and toilet on the other and the sink in the bedroom. So you will def wake your bf or gf up..If you need to go to the bathroom your partner will definitely hear you as it's just a glass door. I left my jacket there and no one ever answers the phone so I left a msg with sister hotel and of course no one ever got back to me. Kinda annoyed. You are better off spending your money else where. There's some homeless hanging outside at the front sometimes

You can’t be more central than this! Greta place with lots of space. We were staying on the fourth floor and had a narrow balcony across the whole apartment. The aircon works wonders, despite there only being one for the whole flat. It still stays very cool in the summer heat. Very quiet despite being that central. Would definitely come back.
In relation to the check in, I’ve stayed in various apartments of this brand and I had no issues at all. The only thing is that for city taxes you need to use the black telephone at the check in terminal to ring them and adjust it, if you are less people than the terminal says. I suspect it’s a problem of trip.com and their internal system. But they resolve it immediately when you ask them too. But for the future, it’d be great if they could fix this. But I wouldn’t say this affected my stay in any way. So don’t worry about it.

The most remarkable and important thing to stay at LR Guest House was the staff Including Antonio and Diego. They were excellent in many ways including serving us good breakfast everyday and it was really delicious. The room was clean all the time and gave us great room service as well. I specially like to thank to Antonio and Diego who help me to make reservation of Fado restaurant in Lisbon so that we could enjoy Portuguese traditional Fado music at the final day of our stay. And also Diego help me to have a private tour to look around Cascais and Cabo Da Roca which was wonderful as well. I have stayed 4 nights from 20th of Sep to 24th of Sep 2023. I definitely like to comeback again to stay at LR Guest House with my children in the future.

Prime location. You will hit the one of the main squares just round the corner going downhill where you can find the tram. Service was ok. Only thing is that the room is a bit damp and the floor a bit sticky, also a bit lack of sunlight.

We were a bit skeptical when we booked the place, but when we arrived was just perfect.
Location crazy convinient, easy check in and check out.
Just one issue we had was the hotel contact phone, on booking was a wrong number, and only after we checked Google maps we were able to contact the host.
All except that small issue was great, and exactly like pics

The breakfast was delivered to the door, it was warm and delicious. The location of the apartment was very good and it was convenient to travel. The downstairs was a very bustling business district. It was very lively at night, there was no elevator, and it was a bit hard to carry luggage.

GGuest UserPositive points: The hotel staff is really nice and ready to help. The room is clean, they have very nice tea. Negative points: cars do not enter the street where the hotel is located, which makes difficult access if you have big luggages. Many stairs.

CCHUHUIThe environment is good. The location is appropriate. The breakfast was not satisfactory. The most important thing is that there is a parking lot behind which costs 13 euros per night. It's acceptable to stay here again next time - if needed.

GGuest User雖然到店時已經沒有前台營業，還因為要到店付款房費產生了一些誤會（預訂時衹是填寫銀行卡訊息，到店後需實際付款，否則會取消預訂。得知此消息時我正在機場換乘，有點手忙腳亂，希望他們下次可以早點提醒這一重要消息），他們沒有夜晚人工服務這一點也需要提醒想訂這個房的人，避免不必要的意外。
但酒店位置特別好，大床房舒適有陽台，私人浴室方便，有共用廚房，餐具茶壺什麼的一應俱全。就是機械電梯需要手動停止，有點恐怖，衹坐了一次就不敢坐了。附近交通方便，餐廳很多，總體非常適合來這裏玩居住。
