dangerous. Reception were aware of this, and offered us extra towels and a separate room the following day. We decided against it as we had a limited amount of time in Lisbon and did not want to spend our time moving around. Additionally the toilet and shower is a joke. They were both separated with a flimsy shower door and the toilet was tiny. My partner is over 6ft and struggled so had to go to the 2nd floor to reception to use the toilet there! Not to mention, the hotel is situated in a very loud area, we actually saw a fight right outside the hotel. The only good thing about the hotel is the location and staff were kind enough to gift my partner with a bottle of alcohol and a basket of treats for his birthday.

Fantastic service and wonderful staff. Room is well designed and beautiful. Our room was facing pink street so the bars are open till 5 am when we left to the airport. I would request and inside room. All other was great. Enjoyed the bed and the coffee.

Stayed here for three days, finally managed to get enough hot water at 6.30 this morning to have a shower and wash my hair after pointing this out to reception staff two days ago. It’s the noisiest place I have ever stayed, could hear everything said in the next room. The stairs are something else, we were on the fifth floor with no elevator. I appreciate that an elevator would be almost impossible in this building and the stairs were not a problem for us but could be for many people. The street outside is simply awful in the mornings. We are early risers and we tripped over numerous glass bottles and plastic cups, there is rubbish everywhere. The noise from the building site opposite was really annoying. On the plus side the room staff were very polite, the room was spotless (but tiny) and the double French doors did eliminate some noise. The hotel is very convenient for all things Central. A very mixed experience

I booked a premium room and got a box room at the rear overlooking a filthy alley. The toilet was actually inside the room with only a see through glass for 'privacy'. Having to climb FIVE floors up with no lift daily was torture. The breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. Every evening/night the reception area smelled of sewage.

Ondanks vriendelijk personeel is het een verschrikkelijke klus om de bagage die hoge trappen op te sleuren naar een hoger gelegen verdieping. Er is geen lift, enkel trappen. Kamers zijn zeer klein, geen opbergruimte ! En wc en douche tegen het bed ! Het ergste is dat er 3 vreselijke bars ernaast liggen waar er tot 4 uur s ochtends wordt gefeest met heel veel lawaai. Dit doen we nooit meer !!

Hotel in good location and clean. But doesn't have a lift and l was stay 5th floor many steps each way if u planing to stay there make sure book your room 2nd or 3rd floor other vise you need to take a many steps

Overnight stay in Lisbon and chose this hotel. The hotel is very clean and very well decorated. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags while we experienced Lisbon. The hotel room is laid out well but beware the shower and toilet are separated from the bedroom with just frosted glass and this may put off some people. The room has aircon and a super large TV!!., tea and coffee is also available. The hotel is situated on the busy Pink Street but the room has triple glazing so we did not notice the noise. Breakfast is a lovely buffet with alot of choice, we went down at 8 and it was already very busy. Would recommend if visiting Lisbon

The room suited our needs but the area was very noisy in the early hours and lots of noise in the corridor. The beds were comfortable. Felt the toilet could have a door on it to help with privacy.
