The hotel stay experience is great! The superior king room with balcony is spacious and bright, facing the ancient city, and the view is quite charming both day and night. All the staff of the hotel are very warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is in a good location, and Rossio subway station is just around the corner. The square downstairs has been decorated with a Christmas market, which is very lively and ends at 11 pm, so it does not affect rest. Very satisfied!
An excellent holiday experience in this very nice boutique hotel. Room is very big and full of sunlight. All staff are pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is very good, and, the artistic ambience is brilliant. Last but not the least, location is perfect!

Booked a superior double room for 4 nights. I would not say it was good value for money - meaning overpriced.
Pros:
The location is great, very central. The guesthouse is sandwiched between a shoe store. The sign is very small and hard to find it.
The services are good. The staff checking us in gave quite some touring tips. The room is clean. All staff were polite.
The bathroom is spacious.
Cons:
The superior room we booked are no where near the photos shown on the booking website. The room is equipped with very basic furniture. The wardrobe looks like an old fireplace with No shelves to put clothing on.
Neutral: the breakfast had a big variety. But the tapas looked stale and bread was stone hard to cut with the knife. Egg tarts and cakes were delicious
Overall, it was overpriced for the room we booked. A guesthouse room with a 4 star hotel price.

We stayed in one of the junior suites. The included morning breakfast is a highlight, with an automatic espresso machine and made-to-order eggs making for a great start to the day. The guest house is conveniently located within short walking distance to the Metro and a number of popular tourist destinations including the Castelo de Sao Jorge. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Service was impeccable! Best boutique hotel experience. The staff made our stay feel so welcoming. Wonderful breakfast, great location and clean, spacious rooms. I highly recommend this hotel during your stay in Lisbon.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast options were excellent, offering a variety of hot and cold choices. I stayed on the 3rd floor, right next to the breakfast area, and while I expected some noise, the double doors and well-insulated windows kept the room perfectly quiet. The only downside is the lack of a spacious lobby area, which you might find in larger hotels. However, the location is fantastic—just steps from a main square with access to all forms of public transit, including the iconic Tram 28, buses to Belém, and Rossio Station for trains to Sintra. If you're looking for a no-frills, great value-for-money place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel.
