Amazing room with a great view of the square and close walk to many nice areas for sightseeing, shopping and food. Itnis a little difficult to find down an alley across from a traffic circle. Look for a green door and punch in the code sent to you to get in. But pthernthan that completely fabulous stay with kitchen and laundry available in the room.

We stayed at the Presidential Apartment, and it was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had — even compared to top 5-star properties like St. Regis Dubai, Wynn Las Vegas, and the Ritz-Carltons that we stayed at. Everything was seamless from the start. Check-in via access code was smooth, and communication was excellent. The apartment itself is stunning — over 1,000 sq ft, with high ceilings, colorful decor, a fully equipped kitchen (including washer/dryer), and balconies front and back with views over Rossio Square. It felt like a royal stay. Comfort and cleanliness were top-notch — beds and linens were incredibly cozy, and everything was spotless. I usually wipe things down due to OCD, but here, I barely had to. And the location couldn’t be better — right across from Rossio Square, steps from the metro, with tons of shops, restaurants, and the waterfront just minutes away. We were so sad to leave and wished we had booked more nights. I’d come back to Lisbon just to stay here again. Truly exceptional in every way!

Cool apartment-style hotel in the middle of it all, can be hard to find, it’s sort of hidden behind two large green doors on a side street, it’s more like an apartment building than a hotel, no front desk, they just email you codes to enter building and your room, no one was on site when we needed extra towels, you are sort of own your own, but was a cool place, big rooms that were also clean, nice amenities and little gifts in room, just know it’s not a regular hotel

Nice property. Fairly good location. Management did a great job during the country wide power outage. One suggestion would be to include a flashlight and batteries in each apartment. It was difficult to punch in the codes for the doors in the dark while our cell phones were running out of battery life. Washer works great. Dryer is not the best

Great Apt in the Perfect Location in Lisbon We had a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect. The apartment was clean, and all amenities were as advertised. Highly recommend.
