The bed mattress was very comfortable with memory foam. I stayed for 3 nights and they cleaned the room every day. I used the shared kitchen and shared shower & toilet, but it wasn't too inconvenient. Because of the time difference, I ate early in the morning and washed up early so I didn't run into other guests.

Great place, conveniently located, but a bit noisy, I recommend taking earplugs. There is a kitchen, several toilets and bathrooms, I have never stood in line, everything is clean everywhere.

This hotel is affordable, but it is not very good. There were a number of issues. No water in the sink in the room. The internet did not wark, and this was very important for my visit as I had work to do. Very sketchy staffing. Basically no one around when I arrived at 18:00, so it was difficult to access my room. And then no one around to check me out in the morning. Good lcoation, convenient. Plain simple room.

Stanze pulite ed ordinate con staff molto disponibile. Abbiamo comunicato tramite whatsapp in inglese a tutte le ore. Sono a disposizione i minimi strumenti per fare colazione (piastra/micronde/etc). Grosso difetto i 4 piani a piedi senza ascensore.. poi mancava la TV, niente bidet e il lavandino del bagno era microscopico. A parte questo un ottimo soggiorno per rapporto qualità prezzo

Location- excellent in the centre of Baixa area. About max 3- 5 minute walk to centre. Cleaniness- very clean even the shared lounge areas. I had a private bathroom which was super clean Customer service- easy online remote check in through WhatsApp Cost- very cheap for location and service. Facilities- fresh towels, hair dryer and ample tea foffee available Highly recommend it.

The hotel is l9cat3d on Rua de dos Fanqueros in the ❤️ of Baixia Pombalina. Nearby attractions: miraduro de Santa Justa, Rossio, Chiado, Bairro Alto and Alfama, Praia de Comercio, Praia de Figuera, tram 28. The guesthouse was very ,very central, super clean and super affordable. We got a room with private bath. Free wifi. Are you tech affectionate? This is not for you: no elevators and 3 flight to climb. I loved and missed the guesthouse, I will return to Lisboa and Baixia
