The location is boring. The direction to Augusta Street is more interesting. We have the jacuzzi suite. So the most expensive room. We had to wait for the room. After finishing, we had to carry our suitcases upstairs by ourselves. They knew it was my husband's birthday because I had pre-ordered decorations etc, but he wasn't even congratulated. The Jacuzzi display is loose.
The staff didn't know how the TV in the room worked. Couldn't connect using bluetooth, but the staff didn't know how to connect either. I've asked 10 times and I'm not exaggerating late check out. By the way, it costs 40 euros. But until the morning of their departure, they couldn't say whether it was possible. They do their best to be nice and friendly, but for a room of almost 400 euros per night, the service is well below par. All in all, it's not worth the money if they want to charge the price hike that this kind of service fix needs.

We were very happy with everything about this hotel, the location, amenities and guest relations. The room was comfortable and we could easily walk to nearby restaurants, to the train and metro and to meet our tour. The included breakfast was good and we enjoyed the bar.

We want to give a big thank you to the entire staff at Inspira Liberdade. From restaurants to simple tourist questions, we were treated with the outmost professionalism and kindness. Our front desk staff were all amazing, but we want to give a special shout out to Diana and Leonor. These ladies will always make us think of Lisbon fondly. Our trip to Sporting CF and a quick stop at shops was all down to attentive and friendly people. The sustainability aspect of the property are excellent. If the world would copy their water bottle policy we would be in a much better place immediately. This didn't feel like a hotel focused on sustainability, but rather just a very fine hotel. The breakfast in this property is remarkable. The variety and attention to the palates of world travelers was evident. We missed a morning due to jet lag and regretted it. I stay in hotels 120 days a year on average. This is a very fine example of what hotels stays should be like. (PS Diana, there is still still to switch to Sporting.)

From the outside you might question your booking. Then you enter a stunning reception area. We had a stunning 3 night stay and we loved it! The reception team were a great help very welcoming, and went beyond the expectations. Our room was a beautiful corner suite with huge bed. Large breakfast selection to set you up for the day. Great location and walking distance to the main areas Also mini super market and some decent restaurants just outside too.

Room wasn’t ready way past check in time. Unapologetic staff. Given a room instead where I couldn’t sleep from noise from the bars I from till after 3 AM and at 9AM loud construction started right underneath my room. Terrible experience.

Lovely hotel. Great location 15min walk to heart of Lisbon streets. Close to metro station as option. Tip if you are getting Uber/Bolt from or to Airport use hotel name not street address. For some reason drop off point/pick up point was in steep street next to hotel.

Localisation parfaite à 3 min de l’avenida liberdade. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et l’hôtel est magnifique. Des l’entrée vous êtes émerveillé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et nous avons apprécié l’originalité de la salle de bain. Le déjeuner était délicieux, produits frais et très variés. Nous avons également testé le restaurant de l’hôtel, belle découverte (mais pas très copieux). La partie spa est agréable surtout après une journée de marche.

The hotel captures your heart the moment you walk in The stylish decor transports you into a world of dreamy elegance and fuzzy comfort with the colour combination and the expansive long lobby that's so welcoming and full of natural light. The rooms are nice, clean and tidy but bit tiny if you have big suitcases. Loved the availability of nespresso machines and tea selection. The breakfast was decent maybe not too exciting but it's enough to start you on the day. Thr jams and the fresh orange juice were the highlight for me. The service is top notch across all facilities in the hotel. Lastly, this hotel is all about the location! You are in the heart of Lisbon but away from the hustle and bustle of the touristic centre. And the cherry on top is the nice local cafes and restaurant just across their doorstep.
