Aircon not working throughout our stay and no attempts to rectify it. Whatsapp number also no reply, what's the point? Location is good though, but breakfast is basic and not good enough. Regret staying here. Service staff also not friendly.

This is the hotel I dislike the most. I stayed in a double superior room. There was no mirror in the bathroom. I tried countless ways to turn off the light in the closet, but it didn't work. I contacted the service staff through WhatsApp, but they didn't help me. They only told me to find the off button. There was no hot water. The receptionist at the door was also very rude (I can only say that he was rude to everyone).
