I liked the very clean and tidy room. The reception staff were also very kind and polite. I thought it might be noisy because it's in the center, but it was very quiet.
However, the air conditioner in the room I stayed in was very loud and woke me up in the middle of the night.
Maybe it was the off-season, but for breakfast they only checked what I needed and brought it to me. I thought it was a good system in terms of eliminating waste.
Amenities included shower gel, shampoo, soap, and a shampoo hat.

The service is terrible. There is only one reception at 4-star hotel and it’s not acceptable at all and we had to wait for 30 mins to get served. To pick up the luggages, the other staff are free but they asked us to wait for nothing and I don’t understand at all. This city tax is also expensive compared to others. The check-in time is very late at 16:00 and not appealing to me but the room is clean and the location is good too. However, the facilities are not enough I feel. One soap for all and they don’t provide water bottle daily. Overall, good location but one of the worst service I have had. Not recommended:( and never intend to come back here
