Morgan-Jupiter Apartments

Very good accommodation, friendly staff, convenient transportation

I can't really give a bad review, but I'll describe my stay. The good things first: it was indeed very clean. The bad things: there were no slippers, and even when I asked to buy them at the front desk, they weren't available (at subsequent hotels I stayed at, they were available in the room or at the front desk). The only water was drinking water. The front desk only had it between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and you had to inform us in advance if you were arriving after 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 10:00 PM incur a €40 fee. It's important to distinguish between hotels abroad and apartments; this was an apartment, and there was no housekeeping, so you had to take out your own trash. There was a flight of stairs between the entrance and the elevator, and you had to carry your suitcases up.

It was my first time visiting Portugal. The location of the apartment was very convenient and within walking distance of famous attractions. Because we arrived early, we had to wait for the staff to come to work before we could store our luggage. The room was very tidy, but I found that the base of the lamp was broken, so I had to notify the staff immediately to avoid disputes later. Overall, this apartment is very good and I will consider staying there again next time I go to Lisbon.
