Me cobraron la estancia y me cancelaron la estancia sin dejarme la posibilidad de que fuera algún familiar ya que por hospitalización no podía utilizar la reserva. No me dieron opciones. Me cobraron la totalidad de la estancia y me cancelaron. Una injusticia auténtica. Se quedaron con mi dinero y volvieron a alquilar la habitación. Ni siquiera me contestaron a los mensajes.

Wir haben im Mai ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel gebucht vom 12-19 August. Kurz vor unserem Urlaub schrieb uns der Besitzer mitten in der Nacht, dass das Zimmer nicht mehr verfügbar ist. Er stornierte die Buchung aber nicht sondern wollte das wir dies tun - weil wir dann kein Geld zurück bekommen und er sich das Geld behalten konnte um doppelt zu kassieren. Die Buchung ist nach wie vor bestätigt und der Herr bittet im jegliche persönlichen Daten, schickt Fake Emails, dass er das Geld rücküberweist. Das Geld werden wir wohl nie wieder sehen. Also bitte bucht kein Zimmer in diesem Hotel. Unser Urlaub wurde zerstört.

There was no reception, no one answered phone. No notification of this kind of check in. Lost money on taxi and had to book another hotel. Said it's non refundable

Sucio, mucho ruido, poco entendimiento con el responsable del lugar no responden a los mensajes...
Además, reservamos una habitación de 3 y cuando llegamos solo le quedaba para 2 personas y nos tuvimos que conformar.
Pero por el precio tan barato, no se puede pedir más.

ESTAFA!!! CUIDADO Me llaman diciendo que si podía cambiar una habitación con 2 camas simples por una cama grande, les dije que no. Me ofrecieron un reembolso si cancelaba ya que el problema fue de ellos, no cumplieron con lo prometido. Muchos malos comentarios NO RESERVEN AQUI
