No point rating staff - there is none! Well, cleaning staff; but others are very quick to respond to questions (about the safe, in my case).
Location could NOT be better!! Great breakfast place and restaurant just down the block.

Comfortable, clean accommodation, very handy for Metro and city centre. Clear communication given on how to access accommodation, very easy to find. Local shop over the road, very handy. Nice cafe and restaurant nearby. Very enjoyable stay, will return.

The room was very small but we expected this. It was all very neat but to get in, we had problems with our code to open the door again and again. As a result, we often stood +/- 15 minutes in front of the door in the hallway waiting for a new code. This is of course not nice after a long day of walking.

The pluses: hotel extremely well located, easy access at any time thanks to a code system, very clean and modern room. Cons: no double glazing while the street is very busy and therefore very noisy at night (not to mention the lack of respect from customers who return in the early morning slamming doors and talking loudly). Tiny bathroom/WC with a glass door where you can see everything if you turn on the light (not very glamorous to see the other in the toilet). No human beings there. The staircase to access the hotel is apparently never cleaned given the dust, which does not give a very positive image when you arrive...
