My dissatisfaction began when I was asked what I needed when I approached the reception. I said that I was checking in. The person behind the counter was dissatisfied. The next thing was that I had to leave a deposit of 50 euros. This shocked me. I have traveled a lot and lived in different hotels, and no one asked for a deposit. The hotel for a 4 star is very modest and small. The room is tiny. At night, mosquitoes also prevented me from sleeping. The food for breakfast is ordinary, a buffet.

The location is nice and clean, but on the first day, I said it was cold because there was no heating, and they said it was normal and added an extra blanket.

I looked at so many hotels before booking this one and I am so glad I did. You are right in the centre of everything, restaurants, shops, landmarks, metros all within walking distance. The rooms are small but perfectly suitable, comfy beds, great shower and super clean. Every single member of staff we dealt with was incredible, they helped with parking, recommended local bars for watching football. They gave advice on tours and sightseeing and even helped me out with getting cash when I had forgotten my bank card. 100% will book this hotel when I return.

Fabulous stay, looked after well - very helpful if asked and polite and on arrival a nice pastise de nata and port drink - nice room with large bathroom - clean and I was concerned as we were first floor above bar and outside street thinking it would be loud absolutely not the case - we slept so well and the bed was really comfy and pillows so so good. Restaurants all around and so close to everything - could not have picked a better place and reasonable - I could not say a bad word. The only thing they may like to put in the rooms is a kettle which we found you could ask for but not sure I love my cup of tea and so that is something that would be nice and added addition to the coffee machine. Either way I really enjoyed our stay. We also ate at the hotel Just across the way in their restaurant - fabulous meal there too.

Highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean rooms, very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast and excellent location close to sites, restaurants and transport. My only suggestion would be to have tea/kettle in the room rather than just a coffee machine.

This hotel and the team are exceptional. The room, while a little small, was perfectly adequate and air-conditioned perfectly. A Comfy bed, water was provided, very clean at all times. The team could not help us enough during our stay with helping us with tours, restaurants and general advice. The hotel is in a good location to explore Lisbon and beyond.

Amazing from start to finish! The rooms were lovely and clean, just a bit small but to be expected for a city centre. The staff within the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I am not a breakfast person (just 3 cups of tea!), but the breakfast looked lovely with a lot of choice. The restaurant staff in the afternoon/evening are so friendly and fun, they couldn't do enough for us.

This is a really good hotel, from the greeting when you arrive, rooms are clean, comfortable beds, good pillows, shower with decent pressure and silly little things like to air con still running in the background when you remove the room key, so you come back to cool room (it was very, very hot in Lisbon!). Price more than reasonable. Also located in the centre of things, so lots of surrounding restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend.....
