The hotel is conveniently located, about a 2-minute walk from the subway station. There are stations, restaurants, etc. nearby. The room facilities are complete, and the hotel has self-service check-in and check-out procedures, which is cost-effective.

The instructions for luggage storage are unclear. There is no reception in the basement and no immediate translation. There is no staff to contact. There is no way to open the door on the first floor. It opens when you press the bell. Anyone can enter. There was a power outage during the stay. Fortunately, I found a cleaning staff in the basement -1. She followed the instructions on the phone to help me reply to the power outage. If no one is found, no one can help temporarily. It is not friendly to tourists who don’t have a local phone number. Thank you trip com for the immediate online processing. It was handled very well. Except for the above issues, the room is generally fine

Finding accommodation was complicated when we arrived, we did not receive the first code to be able to enter the hall of the residence, we waited for someone to leave the residence to be able to enter, nothing explained in French, the person we contacted did not speak French either, then the computer did not speak anything in French either, I do not recommend it for people like us who do not speak English either, too bad, great and very clean accommodation
