If you take a taxi, make sure you check the pick-up and drop-off locations. Don't choose under the bridge. The other hotels are good in all aspects. I was given a room on a high floor. The breakfast is also good. You can sit in the rooftop bar with a good view.

I booked a triple room on the 2nd floor. The lighting was not good because of a small window. Other than that, everything was good. The service was good. The hotel was very design-oriented and clean.

The hotel was perfect except I was assigned to a room right underneath the restaurant and may be nearby to the hotel’s housekeeping room. It was so much noise from 6am till 11pm every night. I stayed there for 4 nights and did not have good sleep at all. Avoid room 310.

The hotel is on a road beside the roundabout with the statue of Marquis de Pombal on Liberty Avenue. When you exit the hotel, turn left around the island to reach the famous shopping street, and turn right to go to the British Palace shopping mall. Small desserts are served in the lobby bar every afternoon. Unfortunately, the top floor is not open in winter, so I can't go up to bask in the sun.

He said, don’t worry, it’s not a problem. Finally, he comforted me and said everything was OK. of. Finally, we went to a convenience store and bought something for them to express our gratitude. Very heart-warming, I will choose here again next time I go to Lisbon. Breakfast was also good. I recommend everyone to order their Royal Egg, Jue Jue Zi, one bite at a time, super delicious.
By the way, when you come, you must go out to the sea to watch the sunset, it’s absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is unbeatable!
