The apartments are centrally located. However there ends anything remotely positive about this property. The service is non-existent. We checked-in on a Friday only to find that the air conditioners were not working at all. Some lights including those in the bathroom were not working too. On calling the help line, the most unhelpful attendant informed us that they would try and send some one the next day which would be a Saturday. On Saturday, another attendant informed us that the air conditioners could not be fixed and this was a known problem. On calling the helpline, we were informed that any complaint would have to be in writing. We were also informed that there was no certainty or clarity on when the problem would be resolved and we could leave if that was unacceptable. All written emails too yielded no result. The attendant on the helpline phone was rude and arrogant. With all surrounding hotels being full and no sign of any commitment by Lisbon Service Apartment to fix the problem or refund the booking amount, we were left with no choice but to stay in extremely hot and unlivable conditions after having paid over Euros 1000 for 4 nights. This is the worst experience ever on any holiday. The administration is dishonest and there is no attempt to resolve any issues. Travellers booking this property should certainly reconsider and totally avoid. They know how to make your holiday a very frustrating experience. Regards, Vikram
