great location！size of place is just right. Washing machine works perfectly. A little glitch was that one of the bath towels was missing after cleaning and when we called the help desk, the staff told us to help ourselves from the cabinet on different floors but none were available. (we checked the two floors the staff mentioned).

I won't stay here and won't recommend. The service is very bad. The AC was not working and they sent someone, it worked for a bit and stopped. We were in room 3.2.

You can’t be more central than this! Greta place with lots of space. We were staying on the fourth floor and had a narrow balcony across the whole apartment. The aircon works wonders, despite there only being one for the whole flat. It still stays very cool in the summer heat. Very quiet despite being that central. Would definitely come back.
In relation to the check in, I’ve stayed in various apartments of this brand and I had no issues at all. The only thing is that for city taxes you need to use the black telephone at the check in terminal to ring them and adjust it, if you are less people than the terminal says. I suspect it’s a problem of trip.com and their internal system. But they resolve it immediately when you ask them too. But for the future, it’d be great if they could fix this. But I wouldn’t say this affected my stay in any way. So don’t worry about it.

The apartment is spacious and location is in the heart of old town of Lisbon. However kitchen was lacking some essential items. I would still stay here again next time visiting Lisbon.

It could have been a bit cleaner- but specially the floor. We just made sure not to walk bear feet. Location excellent.

Location could not be better!!
Really clean and fit for purpose apartment with all essential cook/tableware in the kitchen.
Decent double bed plus a big comfy sofa in the living space with extra linen and duvet.
The only negative was the footsteps noise coming through the apartment above. But a pair of earplugs came handy.
Would definitely book again in the future.
