Very well located. A little noisy because it is in the center. Checkin at a machine but there is a phone and you can contact the reception 24/7.

I liked everything about this quick stay. Only the soundproofing between the apartments was not the best, however the windows were very soundproofed! 😊. But I loved it

Appartamenti situati in posizione comodissima. Luminoso ,pulito ,attrezzato e servito per le prime necessità. .Dal bagnoschiuma al the, crackers e bottiglia di acqua.Lavatrice e lavastoviglie Cambio asciugamani giornaliero e rifacimento letti.Piccolo neo.....i materassi durissimi. Alzarsi con il mal di schiena non é piacevole. Risolverebbero a mio parere con un Topper.Lo consiglio vivamente per soggiornare a Lisbona

La verdad que esta muy bien ubicado con una salida de metro cerca y puedes coger bus cerca también. El personal de los apartamentos muy amables ( los que te atienden por teléfono o el chico de mantenimiento o la señora de la limpieza.) El apartamento está muy bien equipado.

The apartments are centrally located. However there ends anything remotely positive about this property. The service is non-existent. We checked-in on a Friday only to find that the air conditioners were not working at all. Some lights including those in the bathroom were not working too. On calling the help line, the most unhelpful attendant informed us that they would try and send some one the next day which would be a Saturday. On Saturday, another attendant informed us that the air conditioners could not be fixed and this was a known problem. On calling the helpline, we were informed that any complaint would have to be in writing. We were also informed that there was no certainty or clarity on when the problem would be resolved and we could leave if that was unacceptable. All written emails too yielded no result. The attendant on the helpline phone was rude and arrogant. With all surrounding hotels being full and no sign of any commitment by Lisbon Service Apartment to fix the problem or refund the booking amount, we were left with no choice but to stay in extremely hot and unlivable conditions after having paid over Euros 1000 for 4 nights. This is the worst experience ever on any holiday. The administration is dishonest and there is no attempt to resolve any issues. Travellers booking this property should certainly reconsider and totally avoid. They know how to make your holiday a very frustrating experience. Regards, Vikram
