Stayed for three days in a row, and the cleaning took no more than ten minutes each day. On the last day, I asked to check out at 13:00, but they made excuses and refused, saying that the next guest needed to check in at 15:00.

I had covid and had a passing in the family and the hotel would still not grant me a refund despite sending proof of both. Pretty disappointed in the way this was handled.

Excellent service giving us a very welcome feeling. The location of the hotel is at the centre of the tourism area and metro is just right below the building, which is very convenient to any place that you want to visit. The breakfast is nice and the breakfast room would let you have a good morning. Also, the view of the roof top bar is fabulous, I highly recommend to at least have a drink there.

This is a very recommended hotel. It doesn’t have a big appearance, but the location is very good. The breakfast is also very good. I asked the waiter whether the buffet is uneconomical when there are not many people. He said that there are many people in the summer, and sometimes they provide some in the winter when there are few people. The hotel gave me a room with a view of the street, Castelo and the sea. There is also a bar on the 7th floor with a very good view, but it was a pity that I discovered it at the end. I will choose it next time.

Location was amazing. Walkable to everything in Lisbon. Breakfast was delicious. Rooftop closed for renovations and we didn’t find out until it was too late to cancel.

We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon and at the Hotel do Chiado. Great location. Excellent service by all the staff. Especially enjoyed Sujan at the rooftop bar. But we were impressed by everyone there. Great view too

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel do Chiado. The staff is the friendliest, most helpful team we've had during our travels in Portugal. Our room had everything we needed - and a fantastic view of the castle. We will return!

The whole experience was excellent. the rooms well laid out, beds very comfortable and bath had large towels and washcloths. the front desk was always helpful and had wonderful suggestions for dinner. highly recommend.

This fantastic hotel in the heart of Lisbon is a must-visit. The room was beautiful, with a private outdoor terrace overlooking the city. The staff was exceptional, always helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely give it 5 stars.
