good service and good location

The guest house is located near the Amoreiras shopping center, which is a 30-40 minute walk from the city center, next to a bus stop and a large Auchan store. The owner Emilia is a very kind, welcoming woman, speaks excellent English and will always come to the rescue. Cleanliness is normal, they give out towels. Two bathrooms. There is a wonderful kitchen with everything you need. In general, in terms of price / quality - I recommend it.

The lady who welcomed us didn't speak English. Very old furniture. Bathroom, toilet, and kitchen were clean and OK. Location a bit far from the action.

The boss was so kind and friendly and lovely:) It was a little far from downtown, but it was great that there was a department store right in front!! I wanted to go shopping and buy wine cheaply at a big mart and buy everything. Oh, it can be a little noisy, so I don't recommend it to sensitive people. But if you want to sleep well, the single room was good for a cheap price, and it was nice that you could cook. There's also a ramen restaurant right in front. I enjoyed the food.
