Good location. Breakfast is so so.
The room is a bit old but sufficient for everything.
Staff are helpful and polite. Laundry services seems not available and the nearest laundry store is of 10+mins walking distance.

시설이 오래되긴했으나 시트나 담요에서 냄새도안나고 창도 이중창이라 생각보다 조용했습니다 조식도 저한테는 아주 만족스러웠습니다(개인차이는있어요) 싱글룸예략했는데 트윈배드룸으로 6층에배정해줘서 조용히 잘지냈습니다 일행이 있어서 쉐어하면 도미토리보다는 나을듯해요 주변에 맥도날드와 메트로역 버스도 많아서 불편함 없었습니다~

Front desk workers are lovely
This is not a hotel, it's 1970s decor and building should have been left as it is, everything is just difficult cramped and broken.
I wouldn't stay again unfortunately.

The toilet has a smell, not stinky but a weird smell. The room is not big and the bed is very comfortable. The air conditioner is also newly installed. The only problem is that the bathroom is not very good. There are not many other problems.

There were bedbugs on the bed.
They were fully booked so I couldn't change rooms.
Considering the price, it can't be helped, but the damp smell and the cleaning around the bathroom were disappointing.

The counter workers provided excellent services to my need. My room was dated but comfortable. A little far away from the Lisbon old town. Subway station is within 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
