De kussens waren (te) dun De douchekop was te klein en er had een regendouche mogen zijn… De service was heel goed. De afhandeling aan de balie verliep langzaam aangezien maar 1 persoon hielp maar veel wachtenden.. Voor een doosje koffie moeten wachten terwijl check out van gasten lang duurde.. alle begrip maar kan miss efficienter

Our experience at Hapimag Lisbon was perfect and unforgettable. Once again we felt at home away from home as it is always the case at a Hapimag resort. Not only is the location excellent but the staff is extremely helpful and colligial as well. The facility is also very nice with a very nice lounge. The possibility to get water and snacks from the 'honesty bar' is a life- saviour. We could not benefit from the swimming pool due to the season but, I believe that it is definitely much sought after sightseeing on a very hot summer day. In short, thank you very much Hapimag Lisbon for a wonderful stay. We would definitely want to come back!

Simply amazing! The owner could not do enough to help, and gives fantastic recommendations. The apartments are beautiful, clean, spacious and perfectly located. People often comment on the beds….these are so comfortable with lovely crisp cotton ben linen. The apartment is fully equipped and everything is spotless. There is a great option to purchase food and drinks with an honesty box which is a great idea. I would highly recommend these and would stay here again

We hadden een erg mooi verblijf in Hapimag Lissabon. Een fraai ruim en schoon appartement. Het ligt mooi in het centrum dichtbij metro, station, winkels en restaurants. Een prima rustige plek om de stad en alle activiteiten in de stad te verkennen.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel Resort di Lisbona che è molto bello e centralissimo. Purtroppo il transfer che avevamo prenotato e pagato per il rientro non è mai arrivato alle 5 di mattina, nonostante avessimo verificato e concordato tutti gli spostamenti con la Reception. Nessuno, anche dopo, ci ha contattato per spiegarci l'accaduto e abbiamo dovuto risolvere direttamente noi per raggiungere l'aeroporto, ovviamente con disagio sui tempi programmati per spostamento e arrivo per tempo al check in.

Super clean residence, in a strategic point of Lisbon, close to the metro and transport. Exceptional rooms and fantastic pool. Top common services. The four-person apartment could accommodate a family of 5. Unfortunately this is not possible. It is necessary to take two apartments. Hapimag always at the top Carlo

Prachtige Hapimag locatie in hartje Lissabon. Jammer dat er een verbouwing aan de overkant van de straat gaande was waardoor blijkbaar ook de vuilnisophaal enigszins in het gedrang kwam. Overigens in het appartement geen last gehad van de verbouwing. Buitengewoon vriendelijke receptie, die bereid is om te adviseren op alle mogelijke gebieden.

We had a wonderfull apartment, very spacious, well decorated. At arrival we had problems to get close to the apartment by car. Street is closed due to building going on. There are a few things that needs your attention. Cleaners are doing a sloppy job. Mould in the shower, sewer partially clogged. Behind the doors, not ceaned in the bathroom and toilet. The toilet has a broken toiletroll holder. Spots on the walls. Paintwork and cabinets in the kitchen are badly damaged.
