The room was spacious and the front desk guy was very welcoming. He knew we were traveling by car and gave us free parking. The hotel breakfast was rich and the coffee was delicious. Before leaving, the front desk guy also gave us free bottled water. Recommended

The room was very nice. Somewhat neglected, with wood sagging due to humidity, somewhat cracked armchairs and no renovations. Because one day we forgot to put DO NOT DISTURB on the door, they opened the door for us twice while we were sleeping, they called us on the phone to wake us up and they even knocked on us again to tell us they had to clean. Something incomprehensible in my opinion. The dining room had one time for breakfast one day and another time tomorrow, there were days when there was no dinner just because, and the 24-hour room service was the same. We wanted to use it on the last day and so because they said there was no service today. The rest was fine, the rooms were very spacious and the bed was huge. The TV was tiny as a contrast, though. The metro was very cool nearby and there were taxis right outside and at very affordable prices.
