The service at the hotel is top notch. Everyone was responsive and quick with their service. We were a family of 5 with two rooms and they upgraded us to a very nice suite with adjacent room. We were torn on the exact rating to give, but ultimately settled on 4 stars because the interiors, while reasonably kept, were quite dated and old. We had read there had been recent renovations. But either the rooms we had were not yet renovated, or the renovations were not as significant an overhaul as seen in comparable city hotels in Europe. Also, in retrospect, we would have preferred a location closer to city center.

I treated my mother to her 70th birthday with an Afternoon Tea at the Four Seasons Lisbon. I email the concierge over in advance to reserve and shared that it was a special occasion for us. We were the only Afternoon Tea customers in the Lounge. They seated us promptly and forgot us just as promptly. I had to physically get up each time to seek out a server for every step. Glasses of water. Taking our drink orders. It took expressing my displeasure to the manager and over two hours for the tea sets to come out. The food was fine but by the time it came out, we lost interest Do not recommend. Definitely not the four star service the brand boasts. And definitely not the afternoon tea experience so many travel guides recommend for Lisbon.

The absolute worst of the Four Seasons chain. Looks like something out of the Soviet era of hotels. Leaking shower, poor food and service that would make Holiday Inn shut down the hotel. They struggle to offer any care or concern for the guest.

We were staying at this hotel for three nights as part of a tour that we were on, and it was outstanding to say the least. From the moment we signed in to the moment we signed out, it was a very pleasing stay at a fabulous hotel. Our room exceeded expectations as it was spacious, excellent facilities and super clean. The bathroom was one of the best that we have experienced across the globe and alone was worth the stay. Likewise the restaurant was excellent with a great menu both for breakfast and dinner with very attentive service staff. Special mention of the Front of House staff who all went the extra mile to ensure that your stay was memorable . All in all, this hotel is Highly Recommended and we will stay there again if we get back to Lisbon.
