This is a beautiful hotel, but it is a little bit out of the central downtown area. The rooms are very nicely appointed, and the housekeeping was spot on. Great sleep quality and very quiet rooms. The front desk was extremely helpful with local dining and reservations, and we enjoyed the bar in the hotel. Food & Room service was outrageously overpriced for the quality, but when you are in a bind it works. I'd recommend this hotel for its luxury room & Sleep quality it was 5*. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool on the hot days too!

A brand that is supposed to be at the top, but unfortunately that does not have the staff and training required. Lack of communication for the seminars, average food, a front desk and conciergerie with incorrect information, a disappointing breakfast. To avoid at all costs (especially for that price)

Não consigo imaginar uma estadia melhor em Lisboa. Atendimento excelente e a qualidade em todos os detalhes que se espera num hotel dessa categoria. Quarto excelente, assim como a cama, toalhas e demais amenidades. A localização é excelente, de fácil acesso tanto à pé quanto de carro, perto o suficiente para se chegar nos principais locais à uma curta caminhada, e longe o suficiente para se estar fora da bagunça. Melhor hotel que ficamos em Lisboa.

The hotel is extremely dated to the point of outrageous given the prices we paid. The room itself is large but incredible outdated in every way and the hallways have a musty scent with carpet in the rooms that is beyond worn. The shades in the room were far from Black outs and we were up at dawn on vacation. This was a complete miss for us and if you are looking for a true Four Seasons, this is not it. We were honestly shocked that Four Seasons puts their name on a hotel of this caliber. I will say that the hotel staff are very nice and kind. The hotel structurally just needs a major overhaul, basically a complete gut. Note- we were here with our 3 kids so because of that, we were extremely limited in hotel choices in Lisbon as many rooms did not allow 3. We were also not in a renovated room because of that as well although we didn’t the renovated room and it wasn’t much better.
