The service is very good, the house has good sound insulation, there was a misunderstanding when I just checked in, Ctrip service followed up immediately and refunded 300 yuan. Satisfactory stay experience. The hotel is close to the attractions, clean and hygienic, and the bed is very comfortable. I just commented because I just returned to China

Small boutique hotel, love all the small details in the room and around the hotel. Breakfast choice is limited but it’s very nice and hearty especially with the made to order eggs and fresh squeeze orange juice. Location is very good.

A very good hotel in Lisbon, very friendly staff. Fast and smooth check-in, we were told that we had received an update, thank you Mr. Ali Karim. Clean and large room, incredibly comfortable beds and pillows! Good coffee machine and a small minibar with water in it. large and clean bathroom with high-quality towels and shampoo. Very close to all restaurants and everything you want to see in Lisbon. The only thing we would have liked to have in the room was milk powder for the good luxury coffee the hotel had in the room, which we could actually do without because there were many nice cafes right next to the hotel. Thank you very much for nice days at the hotel, we highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to visit Lisbon

We loved the personalized service at this hotel. The service was outstanding for our entire 10-day stay. Lisbon Wine Hotel prearranged our transports to and from the airport, and our transport service was seamless. Our check-in experience was prompt, courteous, and included complimentary wine to welcome our stay. The breakfast service each morning was well-prepared, and the breakfast staff were exceptional - with special thanks to Julia (pronounced Yulia, so not sure of her name spelling), for her impeccable management of food presentation and wait staff, prompt service, attention to details on our food and coffee orders, and excellent customer care. We enjoyed our spacious and lovely 5th floor room with its glass double French doors offering views of the street life below. Our room's bedding was luxurious and comfortable, and room service was reliable. Our room was quiet. We enjoyed our modern bathroom with its walk-in rain shower. The hotel's wine offerings were good, and we sampled wine and port while there. Finally, the location of this hotel shines. Its central location in Baixa placed us within easy walking distance of Alfama, Bairro Alto, Chaido, as well the Baixa riverfront area. The hotel reception desk was staffed throughout our stay and arranged our taxi service to Belem. My husband and I were very happy with our stay at Lisbon Wine Hotel, and we both feel the hotel's staff and amenities facilitated a fantastic Lisbon vacation for us.

Superb restaurant and great service too Really enjoyed our long lunch with ... of course...a bottle of wine !!! My wife said the prawn pasta was one of her favourite dishes she had during our four days in beautiful Lisbon. I would highly recommend

The hotel was clean and in a fantastic area. Our room was near the private patio on the second floor which was so charming. Beds were really comfortable. We are at the restaurant twice and had excellent meals. The hotel staff is also the dining room staff - it can get crowded in the lobby during mealtime.

Une table incroyable, le poulpe est délicieux et servi avec des oignons et des poivrons confits. Le vin blanc en apéritif est servi avec des petits pains chauds, du beurre parfumé et des olives. Une pure merveille. Nous y sommes retournés régulièrement sans aucune fausse note. Je vous invite à y aller, vous ne serez pas déçus.

This small boutique hotel only has 19 rooms. It's located on a pedestrian path and is literally in the middle of everything. I was within a 5 min walk from at least 2 metro stops. Restaurants and shops were all around. A 10 min walk to some other major attractions. Literally close to everything. The room was very cozy and comfortable. Complimentary water is refreshed daily. The staff was super nice and wonderful. I purchased the wine tasting at the hotel restaurant for 40 euros and it came with 6 nice pours of wine and a cheeseboard. I loved this place.
