Very beautiful building, the room is also very palace style.
The rooftop view is the best in Lisbon, with the highest point to see the river, there is no other place. There is a bar on the top floor for open-air viewing, and the restaurant on the seventh floor also has large glass windows for indoor wind-shielding viewing. Refreshing!

The hotel was so good we didn't want to leave...we had drinks on the rooftop bar overlooking the city and river, dinner at the Michelin resturant, followed by an amazing breakfast the next day - this is truly a world-calls hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff where very accomodating, friednly and made us feel like we were being welcomed into their own home. You really can't falult this hotel!

The location on top of one of the seven hills of Lisbon is superb. It is also next to a small view point . The suites we took were nice but very expensive . Breakfast has an arrangement which doesnt work . One is supposed to go into a pantry next to a long dining table and order breakfast . There is also outdoor seating . Every morning we had business meetings and had to be at our appointments by 10 am . The very first day we reached the dining room at 8 something and the staff member in the small kitchen said she would come soon. We reminded her again after 10 minutes . It took her 20 minutes just to come for our order. After that there was preparation time . Many of the other staff were not professionally trained though most were friendly. Another person at the Reception another day insisted that all tea was decaf !

Ein Absoluter Traum… wir sind gestern Abend eingecheckt und sind restlos begeistert. Ein wunderschönes Hotel auf dem Hügel der Altstadt. Der Service gestern Abend beim CheckIn war sehr zuvorkommend und genau so geht es heute weiter. Das Hotel hat 18 Zimmer und ist sehr familiär. Es gibt ein signature breakfast und alles wird liebevoll angerichtet. Unser Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und detailverliebt. Wenn in Lissabon immer wieder dieses Hotel. Einfach nur großartig.

The service at the hotel was exceptional across the entire team and manager. We loved the quiet location and lovely breakfast. They truly know how to create a memorable guest experience. The location has a beautiful view from the rooftop bar and well located for exploring Lisbon.

Malheureusement une vraie déception... Malgré un bâtiment historique idéalement situé et des prix de palace, le personnel ne sait pas gérer les problèmes. Pas de climatisation en ce mois de mars. Des chambres surchauffées à 26 degrés. Impossible de dormir convenablement.
Face à ce problème connu, personne n a su réagir. Pas de compensation proposée non plus. C est indigne d une nuit à 600€…
À ce tarif, préférez d autres établissements de la capitale.

Wooooaaah, superb hotel, top service, spacious rooms with everything you need. Breakfast is a real meal with quality products. The attentive staff is simply brilliant. The only thing that bothered us was the ventilation in the room which turns on twice a day for 3 hours and which is very noisy. The same goes for the air conditioning (heating) which makes a lot of noise.

A true palace, where you are made to feel like the Lord or Lady of the Manor. Service, food, accommodations, location... all extraordinary! We celebrated our 20th anniversary here and enjoyed this boutique hotel more than any other. We will be back.
