En ce qui concerne la chambre au rez de chaussée côté rue : c'est catastrophique : - la fenêtre donne sur la rue presqu'île niveau du trottoir, donc impossible d'aérer la pièce - Le point le + critique : le bruit.Vous entendez chaque bruit de la chambre située au dessus de la votre!!! C'est insupportable !!! Et lorsque vous demandez de remédier à ce bruit ,on vous donne une paire de boules Quies. Inouï !!!

Un accueil horrible sous prétexte que je souhaitais payer le jour du départ: une chose pourtant tout a fait usuelle lorsque l'on va à l'hôtel ! (Réservation d'une nuit!). De là, tout s'est envenimé avec l'hôte dans des proportions inimaginables! Heureusement que j'ai déjà voyagé une dizaine de fois à Lisbonne sinon je n'aurais jamais eu envie d'y retourner. Extrêmement déçue, choquée, vraiment ! Étant dans l'hôtellerie de luxe pendant des années, je n'arrive toujours pas à digérer cette horrible expérience ! Là on ressent bien le tsunami du ''business touristique'' sur Lisbonne!!! Plus jamais ! Peu importe la réponse de l'hôte, je vous assure que cette expérience était un vrai cauchemar.

We visited Lisbon for New Year‘s 2021/22 and stayed at Monte3 apartment by Wine & Cheese. It’s right next to a famous view point so you can see sunrise and sunset on the balcony. The bathroom is very large so a group of 4 girls could get ready for the nights all together. 2 separate bedrooms. Kitchen is equipped with a lot of dishes and a dishwasher. The only thing: one neighbor complained about noise around 10pm when we were only having a glass of wine with the doors closed and were just chatting. So if you’re looking for a place to party, this is not it ;) Overall, amazing apartment, good service for checkin and checkout and definitely recommended!

This is such a cute boutique hotel right where all the key sites are. We loved our stay and the service is just wonderful. Our check in experience was so nice and we were given lots of recommendation on sites to see, transportation and restaurants. We will be back. Our room was beautiful and big.......queen bed with a separate office and nice bathroom.

Lovely space. Started the stay with complimentary cheese and wine. Staff happily assisted with extending our stay when our trip was delayed due to transportation strikes. Comfortable and great location. Walkable to many restaurants and things to do.

Wir kamen nach einem langen harten Tag in das Hotel. Als wir uns duschen wollten wollten wir am liebsten wieder flüchten. Das bei der Badreinigung manches übersehen wird JA --＞ ABER fremde Haare in der Badewanne sind mehr als nur eklig. (siehe Fotos) Wir haben das an der Rezeption bemängelt und der Dame hat es wirklich leid getan und war ihr sichtlich unangenehm. Wir konnten leider nicht umgebucht werden und so akzeptierten wir eben die Situation. Als Entschuldigung bekamen wir ein Glas Wein aufs Haus. Am nächsten Morgen beim Frühstück wollten wir fragen ob es möglich wäre die Badewanne zu reinigen während wir beim Frühstück waren. DIes wurde verneint. Es sei erst gegen 16.00 Uhr möglich. Das ist meiner Meinung nach nicht akzeptabel. Irgendwann bei 30 Grad im Sommer und einem Hotel wo man für die Nacht einen sehr hohen Preis zahlt für eine dreckige Badewanne - für mich nicht in Ordnung. Als wir am Abend erneut ins Zimmer kamen war das Bad zwar gereinigt aber der Schmutz war nicht beseitigt. Wir haben das Bad selber geputzt und waren dementsprechend ziemlich sauer. Wir sind keinen Luxus gewöhnt und gehen gerne auch Zelten etc. Aber in einem Hotel eine gewisse Hygiene wäre wünschenswert. Egal ob 1 Stern 2 Stern 0 Stern. POSITIV * Lage top *Frühstück lecker *Personal zumindest an der Rezeption bemüht. Wir würden dennoch kein zweites Mal herkommen.

The hotel is exactly as shown on the website, the staff were great and really helpful. The room and bathroom was very clean, comfy bed, okay pillows, good shower pressure. Breakfast was good, with nice choices the security was fantastic Be warned, there is a lot of construction in the area, the hotel is a little way off the sights and Uber drop off about 200m from the hotel It would have been 5 stars but I thought the email asking for a tip for a staff member you wanted to recognise, was a little off and unusual

Stayed at the hotel for 5 days and everything about the experience was great. From the welcome drink with cheese to the random, personalised sweet gestures left in our room. Breakfast was awesome! We had a room facing the street with a balcony and there’s a bit of building work next door which may be a slight hinderance for some but we were fine with it. Room was spacious with high ceilings. The whole building had character and every effort has been made to protect the old features. But the one thing that stood out was the service from all the staff, especially João and Vanessa who we bumped into the most. We think Vanessa was learning the job and she gets top marks from us. Ideally situated, there’s a chemist, grocery store and off licence all next to the hotel and bars and restaurants line the streets into the main parts of the city. Santos station just around the corner for a trip to Belém. Well done Cheese and Wine Team.
