No enthusiasm from the front desk staff. The breakfast food was very good. The view from the restaurant is superb.
But my child lives in a room at the end of the corridor. There was a machine sound in the middle of the night on the first night. It affected my sleep. I went to the front desk the next day and asked to change the room, and said no. But the noise problem will be dealt with. But there was still the second night, Complained again. Only said to turn off the pool machine. There was no noise on the third night. Does this mean that they did not pay attention to the problems of the guests. So the service is poor.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff is superb. Will recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the city. Located on the upper end of Lisbon and within walking distance to most attractions. Above all the staff to us was well trained and professional, looking outside the box for solutions which was appreciated upon our arrival.

Zeer mooi boetiek hotel, zeer goed gelegen in tofffe wijk met leuke winkeltjes. Het ontbijt, de lunch en diner waren top. Het eten is fantastisch !

Pésimo trato querían que durmiera un menor de edad solo , y cuando no aceptamos no nos devolvieron el dinero , la manager muy irrespetuosa y nada considerable ! La peor experiencia en un hotel !!! Dejando a una familia de 6 sin hotel y aparte sin querer hacer una devolución de dinero . Muy groceros y nada considerables

The hotel is a great hotel. The rooms very comfortable and the view amazing. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. It’s tucked away in a very good location. We had one meal at the hotel and it was very good. Breakfast also was very good.
