Excellent location, comfortable stay!

A very nice hotel located in the center of downtown lisbon Very close to the train station within 5 minutes walk, from which you can travel outside of lisbon (sintra ect..) Friendly stuff , good breakfast. There are free coffee and tea, cakes and snacks available 24/7 in the lobby. The hotel is close to the metro, other public transportation and shops and restaurants. At the front of the hotel there is a memorial monument for the jews who were killed in the past history

Avoid at all costs – scam-like behaviour and unacceptable staff. On May 22nd at 7:45 PM, I arrived at Boemio FLH Hotels to find the front door locked from the outside. There was no note, no instructions, no staff present. I rang the bell repeatedly and called the hotel — no one picked up. After more than 15 minutes standing outside in the cold, exhausted from travel, a staff member finally showed up at 8:03 PM and opened the door without a word of apology. When I expressed that this was not acceptable, he argued with me and claimed it was “normal” because his shift starts at 8. Not even a glass of water was offered. Instead, I was met with rudeness and gaslighting. This man, who worked the evening shift on May 22, is unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unfit to work in hospitality. For €800, I received stress, cold air, and zero service. There are many better hotels in Lisbon — do not risk your stay here.
