Era la segunda vez que veníamos y hubo 2 detalles que no nos gustaron de este maravilloso hotel. Al dejar el hotel nos cobraron la tasa turística, 4 € por persona y noche, total 24€. Mirando la reserva, ésta decía la cantidad total a pagar con tasas 0 e impuestos 0. Se lo reclamé a la encargada y estuvo estudiando el correo que ellos mismos me enviaron ( yo creo que estuvo tanto rato por vergüenza) para luego devolverme el dinero. El segundo detalle que no me gustó y me pareció impropio de este hotel fue que la señorita que servía los desayunos nos preguntara el número de habitación para comprobarlo, cuando es un hotel pequeño que no estaba ni a mitad de capacidad y éramos los primeros en desayunar y además llevábamos allí 3 días. En fin, sólo dos detalles impropios de un hotel de este tipo y que no nos impidieron disfrutar de este magnífico lugar.

My daughter and I had a wonderful five-night stay at this hotel. Beautifully turned out, from the welcoming and serene lobby to the charming bar/breakfast room/courtyard area to the thoughtfully designed, absolutely quiet bed- and bathrooms. But what really stands out is the service: warm, thoughtful, on top of everything. If there are two people at the front desk, one will be listening to your request while the other is madly typing away for information. Memorable setting on the Praca das Amoreiras. Very highly recommended.

Loved the hotel - Alex at the front desk was exceedingly helpful and pleasant and honored and remembered all of my special requests on arrival. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were well appointed and quiet. Will return again to enjoy the property.
