This hotel is beautiful and the staff are all very kind. Miguel at the front desk was very helpful with recommendations to restaurants or simply answering any questions we had. The restaurant that serves breakfast in the morning is absolutely gorgeous and we were impressed with the variety of fruits, cheeses, pastries and fresh juices that were available. The rooms were exactly as pictured and it’s rare to get that type of quality. We will be back when traveling to Lisbon! The location was so conveniently close to everything that we were able to walk to many sites.

Expérience déplorable ! Nous avons payé 758€ pour une chambre située en face d’un chantier et d’une route très passante, avec un bruit insupportable dès le matin. Impossible de se reposer ! Le pire ? Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème à la réception, ils ont refusé de nous changer de chambre et n’ont proposé aucune solution, alors que nous avions réservé directement auprès de l’hôtel et non via une plateforme. Un service client inexistant pour un prix exorbitant. Une honte ! Nous ne remettrons plus jamais les pieds ici.

Une chambre située au 1er étage avec une vue donnant sur la rue et des bungalows et un immeuble en construction. Bcp de bruit en permanence sur une rue passante. Nous avions demandé une vue côté jardin au calme..pas de bol...la barrière de la langue ne nous aide pas et le personnel n a pas cherché à nous aider...

we enjoyed our stay here and the food in the restaurant is great. The front desk staff was very helpful and our room comfortable and a good value. Great location and quiet in a very busy area. We opted for a large room which had a sitting area and it was quite spacious

Haben das Hotel kurzfristig für eine Nacht gebucht, als wir dann kurz vor 22 Uhr eingetroffen sind war natürlich nichts vorbereitet und die Dame am Empfang war zudem äußerst unprofessionell, gelangweilt und man hatte das Gefühl wir würden stören. Checkin hat knapp 30 Minuten gedauert, sowas erlebt man auch selten! In dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich da doch deutlich mehr, auch dass es nach 22 Uhr nicht mal mehr kalte Speisen (Snacks) gibt, sollte dringend überdacht werden. Zimmer sind klein, aber in Ordnung! Schallisolierung ist gerade noch ausreichend, für ein neues Gebäude allerdings mangelhaft. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich aktuell eine Baustelle! Auf dem Zimmer war Shampoo und Duschbad nicht aufgefüllt. Frühstück war ausreichend, allerdings sollten Wurst und Käse gekühlt werden, auch ist der Tressen der Bar kein Platz für ein Buffet! Gibt deutlich bessere und günstigere Hotels in Lissabon! Ansicht ein schönes Hotel, aber bei den Mitarbeitern, insbesondere der Freundlichkeit, muss besteht dringender Nachholbedarf! Upgrade als Hilton Diamond, wurde auch auf Nachfrage nicht gewährt! Gegen Aufpreis waren aber bessere Zimmer und Suiten verfügbar!
