The service is great and the food is really delicious. The reception and foreign manager were kind and helped me with everything I needed. The pool and hot springs are clean and great for kids to play.
The setting is perfect, the kids are friendly, and there is no difference in taste. My personal little housekeeper, the baby's room service, is very attentive and can answer our questions in a timely manner. It's a great trip and we will definitely come back.

性價比太差的酒店！水質有問題，娃跑完就過敏。這假沙灘，室內各種腳臭，內陸人太可憐了！請假帶娃去三亞吧！隨便閉眼一般價都用不了，頂這酒店八個大。早餐實在是牽強，地面停車場，一晚大風吹的車粘滿了樹膠，隔壁車前擋風玻璃都被啥東西砸碎了，落荒而逃！

西安開車自駕1個多小時 到袁家村景區～酒店就在南門一進門左手邊～ 酒店不管硬件 軟件都很棒～工作人員的服務也都特別好～前台謝坤坤服務意識很強很貼心，温泉♨泳池水質清澈 户外小湯池私密性很好～簡直棒到沒朋友～ 西安的沖呀～

定的一個雙床房一個大床房，前台的謝敏敏小姐姐服務太熱心了，我們早上九點多就到了，當時就給我們開了一間雙床房，後來還一直跟我跟進另一間房的情況，因為看我們有長者有小孩，在兩層不方便，後來還幫我們把一間房升級到同一個樓層，服務必須5顆星！酒店最好的是服務，其次設施也不錯，內外兩個游泳池，泡温泉也可以室內户外兩個選擇，怕曬的可以選室內，室外選擇的池子也很多，各種風格各種葯水，池子也都有樹蔭，還有汗蒸房和休息室並提供免費水果以及所有洗溯沐浴產品，居然還有洗衣液，不得不説很貼心

巨幕池和户外池都很值得玩，户外池也足夠玩水下神器，很好玩。
入住辦理時間太久了，高星酒店前台衹有一個人接待三個家庭，像是打地鼠，前面的客人沒完後面的客人着急正在辦理的客人夾在中間乾等；還有男女員工的打鬧嬉戲盡收眼底，很不像是走進了高星酒店；最後就是直播，非常影響體驗感！不是否定直播業務，首先得注重酒店客人私隱對吧？另外不能老佔著那些黃金位置吧？當客人要在無邊泳池拍照拍視頻的時候後面蹲着個人，長時間蹲着個人，無語。客人們都知道相互禮讓、一家拍完一家再進，做酒店業務的這點意識都沒有確實不應該。
以上，酒店方都可以在覆盤的時候調監控確認，沒有什麼添油加醋，如實陳述。

酒店整體環境不錯，設施也比較完善，室內外都有泳池，很適合家庭，早餐也很豐富，有小童洗漱用品和小童拖鞋，晚上還送了銀耳湯和水果，體驗感很棒，兩個小朋友玩兒的很開心，minibar品類也很多。客服坤坤服務很好很熱情，還會再去。
