這次全家出遊感覺真的很好，首先酒店的環境很棒，早餐也很豐盛，大人和小孩玩的很好，泳池的水質也很乾凈，酒店服務也很好，尤其第一天登記入住時前台小姐姐王夢圓，人美心善，服務一級棒，儘自己最大的努力滿足顧客的需求，所以給小姐姐大大的點個贊。

設施：很好，大大小小的温泉有好多個，泳池也很大，但人也很多。
衞生：酒店內很乾凈，很整潔。
環境：在袁家村內，唯一一個五星級酒店，附近是遊樂場和漂流。
服務：接待非常棒，工作人員也很熱情。
體驗感很棒。
